Great place on the edge of Salalah right on the beach. Free parking in front. Good wifi and smart tv. Airco throughout. Host was very responsive and helpful. Water and milk in fridge on arrival much appreciated.

Great surroundings around . Like a resort. Nice and clean appartment with everything you need. Need to have a car because visiting places and city are far. Tap water quality and matress quality can be better Overall 5/5 because of great surroundings, clean appartment and fully equipped kitchen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Hawana. Une résidence privée paisible, sereine et magnifique. Du logement nous avions une vue sur un magnifique coucher de soleil. Le logement était très propre, fonctionnelle et confortable. Le locataire est réactif et disponible en cas de besoin. Je vous le recommande.

The place is clean and quiet, in front of the sea side in Hawana resort. The host Nesma is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, between Dharbat and city center.

Notre séjour chez Saeed était parfait. Nous n'avons pas eu l'opportunité de rencontrer Saeed mais il a été un hôte très réactif et à disposition. Le logement était propre et impeccable. La zone est très paisible et très sécurisée. La vue sur la piscine est très agréable. Le logement est un très bon point de départ pour rejoindre tous les endroits à visiter dans la région de Salalah. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Parfait pour 4 ornithologues comme nous. Vaste appartement, très belle vue. Pas de salle à manger mais salon suffisant pour un petit déjeuner et restaurant parfait tout près pour le soir. Encore beaucoup de vaisselle avec les étiquettes, pourraient être retirées.

We had an absolute fantastic time staying here. From start to finish everything was perfect. The commission with host was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle free. The space was clean and amenities provided were top notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

الشقة كانت جدا جميلة. الموقع كان ممتاز وقريب من الأسواق والشواطئ وسهل آتين. الشقة واسعة ونظيفة. الأثاث كان مريح والمطبخ مجهز بكل الأساسيات. حسين ماقصر وسهل علينا الدخول وعطانا اقتراحات ممتازة للأماكن. إذا تدور عن مكان هادئ ومريح في صلالة، أنصح بشدة بشقة حسين.

Very nice place, fully equipped with everything you need for long or short stay. The access to beach is easy and very beautiful swimming pool next to the apartment

سلطان مضيف رائع، يتجاوب دائما مع أي استفسار، الشقة نظيفه وواسعة، الانترنت بطيء، أرجو تحسينه، عموما الشقة تستحق السعر المدفوع، بالتوفيق الأخ سلطان دائما.

Place is cozy minimalistic, we love our stay and my kids enjoy the pool easy access Mohammed is a great host,place is clean, kitchen is fully equipped and well maintained,great view and good for a morning walk over all great stay! Definitely well recommended and inshallah to come again in the next Khareef Season.

Very good place for a family

Great Location in the marina opposite the island restaurant, one flight of stairs, fabulous views. The place could do it some proper cleaning and better Wi-Fi. It’s location location, location. great host. We would return Ken Mallorca

This place is really good. Its actually better than the pictures. Good facilities and clean. Very private and quiet. Its almost like living inside the nearby hotel, but at a fraction of that cost. All attractons in Salalah are close if you have a car, so its a very ideal location. And food delivery services like talabat fine there. Mohammed is very repsonsive and helpful. He even had food, water and snacks in place we good use as we wanted. All toiletries are also present. We like it so much, that we tried to extend our stay there, but unfortunately it was in high demand and already booked by others.

Wonderful Stay with Great Service I had a fantastic stay at Abdul Aziz Musallam Salim's place. He gave a warm welcome, provided excellent service, and ensured the room was spotless and comfortable. Highly recommended for a clean and enjoyable stay!
