Very big penthouse apartment on the top 2 floors in Leme Bedje beach front condominium, just next to the windsurfing spot at Ion Club and Angulo surf centre. The apartment has a bedroom on the top floor with 2 single beds( which are usually put together). on the bottom floor there is the bathroom, kitchen, dining area and the living area with two sofas, that are perfectly comfortable single beds and the balcony. The whole apartment is one big open loft space. There is an aircon in the bedroom.

A large detached private 4 bedroom villa sleeping up to 8 close to Santa Maria. Situated at the end of a quiet Date Palm lined street and set on 830 SQM of mature enclosed gardens with extensive terraces, balconies and private pool. A large sitting room opens out on to the terraces around the pool with a range of sun beds, loungers and comfortable seating. The house is a 15 mins walk to Ponta Preta beach, 5 mins in a taxi to Santa Maria town and beach, or 7 mins in a taxi to Kite Beach.

The apartment is located in the beach front residence Porto Antigo 2 with an amazing view over the Santa Maria Beach. From the balcony you can see the pier which is a great attraction on the island. But you don't just have sea view only - you are right in front of the beach. The residence itself is also very close to the town center with one parallel street between.
