Lovely place we stayed half way to the south of France and it was the perfect rest spot

Large bright house on the ground floor typical of the 1950s. Very well equipped including air conditioning. Very good communication and hospitality.

We had a lovely few nights staying at Le Prestige. It was easy to find and check in, and the garden secure for our 2 dogs. Émilie was a fab host, with clear, friendly and easy communication. Le Prestige was the perfect size for the 2 of us and our dogs, super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the option to purchase a welcome hamper of local produce (inc champagne) which was well timed as it was actually our 4th wedding anniversary on the day we checked in! There was also an option for breakfast which we didn’t take up this time due to our plans but will on our next visit! We also loved the heart padlock which I thought was a lovely touch! We would really recommend and will def stay at one of Émille’s properties on our next visit.

The accommodation is impeccable, very well located, quiet! The 2 beds are very good quality, however if you are over 1m80 and over 100kg the sofa bed is a little tight but remains comfortable for smaller sizes. I recommend it!!!

Wonderful modern cottage in a peaceful village just a few minutes drive from large supermarkets and 15 minutes from the lovely Troyes. Great walks just minutes away, and super dog friendly. House was spotless, really well equipped kitchen and really comfortable full size beds. Living room was great, cozy with a fireplace, and a large, modern TV. Would absolutely recommend as a stay to get away, but be close enough to everything you need to be comfortable.

A wonderful accommodation for a few quiet days with friends or family. There is a lot of space in the house and in the garden around the pool and pool house, so also ideal for dogs and children on vacation. Quiet surroundings around the house and the beach in Geraudot is within walking distance. The street in front of the house is only moderately busy and is no longer noticeable, especially at the pool. The house and pool are very clean. In the kitchen, everything is available in useful utensils. Communication with Anthony was very pleasant and uncomplicated and he tries to respond to all requests so that the stay runs as smoothly as possible. We enjoyed the time on site very much and would like to book again if it suits us again.

The location of the house is ideal for enjoying the lake (5-minute walk). The house is functional and charming. All the necessary equipment is present to enjoy your stay. Host accommodating, available and friendly. A large heated swimming pool with no neighbors opposite. An inner courtyard for parking. We'll be back with pleasure:)

Very spacious and pretty house, very clean. The garden is huge and the pool heated by solar panels is a real plus, the host was available and responsive to our requests. We'll definitely be back. See you soon.

We had a great weekend! The comfort provided is quite satisfactory, and you quickly feel at home as in a vacation home. The pool is great, and the living spaces are very pleasant. We ended the evening on the terrace around a barbecue! Many thanks to Theresa!

Very good stay with friends in Magali's house, everything is available for cooking, with the beautiful garden and pool which are a little despite the not so good weather. The house is large and the rooms comfortable. Located close to the city of Troyes for sightseeing.

We made a short stop on our journey by stopping at Geraldine's and we loved our stay. In the beautiful period, the pool is very pleasant and we were free to enjoy it as we see fit. The outbuilding is small but very well supplied, anyway, everything encourages you to enjoy the outside and the proximity to the city of Troyes makes this little green oasis an excellent base to visit the surroundings. We'll be happy to come back if we pass through the area again!

Short but pleasant stay at Gael's who is very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is well equipped and furnished.

charming apartment, extremely well equipped. Complimentary and gargantuan breakfast. Parking space available, which is very good because in the evening it is difficult to find a place to park. we will come back as soon as possible.
