Olivier and Renaud were fantastic hosts! Always friendly, super helpful, and responsive. Pleasing and helping their guests is their number one priority and they deliver on it. Us and our 3 kids had amazing fun and enjoyed every moment we got to spend in their little paradise, whether it was chasing lizards, discovering the different plants and animals, or just lazying in the hot tub. Next time we go to Guadeloupe, we will stay there again for sure. Thank you for everything!!!

We had a great stay at Anne Charlotte's. The location was ideally located, close to the marina with its entertainment and restaurants. There is a parking lot nearby where there are always spaces. The apartment is faithful to the description, well thought out in terms of amenities, bright and well ventilated.

Impeccable stay. Nothing to say about hosting at the end of the stay. She was able to answer any questions we had without difficulty. If you had to do it again, would have been happy to do it again.

A big thank you to Anthony and his team (Marie-Ange and Léon) for their warm welcome! The villa is a haven of peace with breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains. You can't have too much of it! In fact, we had a lot of trouble leaving!

Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

This place was ideal for a friends holiday. It was everything we expected.

The villa was everything I was hoping for with a peaceful, well-landscaped large garden, the view of the ocean, and walking distance from a beach. The house is well-equipped and the air-conditioning in the bedrooms was much appreciated. Thierry is a very responsive and friendly host. We spend three delightful weeks there.

We were 3 adults and we had a really lovely stay. The villa was a good size for 3 and really comfortable and spotless. Karine and Philippe were very welcoming and helpful without being too intrusive and were always happy to give local recommendations The location was very peaceful and we even got a glimpse of the sea from the pool. Had a lovely stay. The accommodation is consistent with the photos: very spacious, carefully decorated, impeccable and above all extremely well equipped: both for cooking (utensils, appliances, etc.) and for relaxing, with an excellent internet connection and a huge TV. The accommodation is ideally located in a secure complex, close to the hotels of Gosier. The beaches are accessible in less than 5 minutes, the shops nearby, as well as a bakery and several fast foods. The airport is only 20 minutes away by car. The host and his team were super responsive and friendly (late arrival and departure at dawn). Small downside: the complex's pool is reserved for hotel guests. That said, it's a detail compared to the overall quality of the accommodation. My favorite moment? Wake up with a view of the sea, without leaving the bed, simply by raising the blinds with the remote control. A real interlude of happiness. I recommend it!

Perfect stay, quick welcome and accommodating departure time. The highlight is clearly the view, which is incredible, the location for the stay is great.

Perfect accommodation and good location on the island. Incredibly well equipped (there is everything you need, from the cooler to masks and snorkels). It feels like home. The place was really clean when we arrived, which is very appreciable. The access to the pool and the beach is a very pleasant plus, the residence is very quiet. A little quack upon arrival, but Maria was really very responsive and everything was settled very quickly. Really a golden host (the neighbors are really great as well). In short, a superb home for a beautiful Guadeloupe vacation. I recommend it 1000%!

We enjoyed our stay at this place very much. The location is beautiful. The accommodation is comfortable and well-equipped. The hosts are really friendly. We felt comfortable and welcome with our two children aged 11 and 13. Access by car is easy. There's a grocery store nearby. It's walking distance to a small beach to go snorkeling and see turtles as well as beautiful fish and corals. We recommend the place and would return without hesitation.

Great place, very helpful and responsive host. Has recommendations for anything you need on the island. Marielle was very helpful, our 2nd flight was delayed around 4hrs so she made the time to go and get us some shopping as we wouldn’t arrive at her place until around 10pm, so to have some supper and a glass of wine was most welcome Great space. Bedrooms lovely and clean big comfortable bed & good air con. Tv available but I didn’t use it. Good showers and plenty of hot & cold water. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to prep and cook all meals. Including Weber bbq and dishwasher. Didn’t realise how much I needed a dishwasher on holiday until I had one. Good size pool with nice quality sun loungers and outdoor seating. It’s on an island obviously there’s small boats going by but nothing noisy or unpleasant. It’s fun to watch other people’s techniques going to & fro on the island. Nothing negative I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Beautiful accommodation, with a beautiful environment and a superb view of the pigeon island. Beautiful pool that allows you to relax after days of activities and discoveries. After two weeks of "nature" in Dominica, Celia and Jérôme's accommodation was perfect for the working time of the trip. Perfect in a situation with the beach opposite. Perfect in equipment... there is everything Perfect access: the bottom of the fort allows you to radiate on Basse-Terre, Grande-Terre and on the north-south axis of Pointe-à-Pitre. Perfect in the responsiveness of the hosts. Perfect for the tranquility of the residence. One huge drawback!!!! One day, we must leave this interlude of life and return to reality.

The apartment is very well located for business or for holidays. The only downside is the bed upstairs, you have to be agile because the stairs are steep and above all it lacks storage for things. Otherwise the apartment is very clean. Very good condition with a beautiful view.

Practical accommodation in a good location for discovering the many sites in the north of Basse Terre, and well-equipped. Small restaurants around the corner, and beach within walking distance.

Very nice apartment well located in Gosier. Communication with the housing managers was excellent, they are very attentive and very responsive to make the stay as good as possible. The apartment is very well equipped, clean, and convenient to use. I would recommend it in a second.

We were 8 people and all enjoyed the place . Our favorite was the beach and the view of the large terrace. Aude is very kind and responded quickly to our requests. I recommend this villa.

We were very well received by Sylvie and Sejyan who are very friendly. The apartment is very clean and well decorated. We loved our evenings on the very comfortable terrace. The location is ideal for enjoying the beach and visiting all of Guadeloupe (everything is max. 1 hour's drive). Thank you for your welcome and all your little attentions! Very nice welcome! We enjoyed the cleanliness of the accommodation and its amenities. We could have easily spent a week there!
