Very nice and modern apartment.

Simplify your life by staying in this quiet, well-located home. Beautiful three and a half room apartment, very clean and close to all services. Possibility of adding a single bed or a baby playpen that can be used as a bed if needed. Located in the basement of the family residence and very well lit with large windows. We are a couple with an eleven-year-old boy. Everything is there except the air conditioning but the basement is just right for the temperature it gives off.
