Welcoming and super responsive host, accommodation perfectly matches descriptions and photos, I recommend it without so much as a second thought. The place is very peaceful, we spent a little less than a week with my wife and our two children in a little paradise, super well-equipped accommodation, a large well-secured swimming pool, ideal villa for couples alone or with children. In short, I recommend it!! Have a good day.

Everything was perfect. Very simple communication with Dominique. The accommodation was great, we were 9 ( 4 adults and 5 children ) everyone enjoyed the stay, the accommodation is big and we don't go on it. The outside is great with a large garden, pool and ultra nice garden furniture. We recommend

We chose Janine and Mario’s cottage for our 4 week stay as we didn’t know the area and thought we’d like to try Limousin. We chose Janailhac only because it has a depot de pain and a small bar restaurant (both very welcoming)! In reality it far exceeded our hopes. Janine and Mario are great, friendly, kind and supportive hosts who are determined to give their visitors the best possible stay. They provided lots of helpful information about the many interesting and historic villages and restaurants and markets largely within a 25 mile radius so plenty of places to visit. Janailhac is a tiny, pretty, friendly farming village of beautiful rolling fields (and a SuperU at 4 miles). Quiet nights and clean air meant we slept better than in years. The cottage is large and comfortable with a pellet boiler heating system so we were never chilly plus a large open fire place and 2 great hot showers. Well stocked for children with toys, high chair, cot and even a buggy. Highly recommended!

Friends, some people have good experiences through airbnb, and some have out of this world incredible. Ours was insanely magical and out of this world!! We’ve never stayed at an airbnb quite like this! Laurence’s airbnb is situated in the countryside. It was clean, looked just like the pictures, served us breakfast in the garden each day with homemade jellies, and scrambled eggs + fresh coffee. She helped with instructions and she went out of her way to make us feel at home. Additionally, we had our own in-ground pool to soak up the 90 degree sun in. The only issue we had was ‘mapping’ the location through vehicle gps (which was entirely not her fault). The setting was so idyllic that I only hope we can return one day. Lastly, we got to meet and bond with her 3-month old puppy Leah. She has my heart. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you SO much Laurence

We had a great family stay at Magali's. Very flexible and warm welcome, the house is really a gem in this very well maintained, equipped, swimming pool and garden without neighbors, provision of games… everything to have a good time! We had a very pleasant week of vacation in the green Périgord. Marc is a warm and attentive host, he wants everyone to feel good, all in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The accommodation is clean, we enjoyed the terrace overlooking the greenery of the park and the pool. A week during which we also enjoyed the baguette and small morning croissants, as well as the restaurant tastings on the site! An invitation to relax with the possibility of walking and/or cycling on many arrow trails. A place to remember.

We had a lovely stay at Corinne's place: the pool, the edge of the woods and the view were very peaceful and relaxing. Corinne is very welcoming and warm We highly recommend it and will be happy to come back.

Perfect location, met by hosts at convenient time to us. Very accommodating. Walked into Sarlat, took 20 mins. Steep walk there and back! Ok for us. Variety of menus available in Sarlat, spoilt for choice. Can’t fault the place.

We had a lovely stay on the Sarlat side. The accommodation offered is as described, the bedding is pretty good. One small thing: remember to bring your utensils for the BBQ. The pool is nice, but only one of the 2 was open when we stayed. On the other hand, it's often hard to fully enjoy it because of the world and the kids jumping on you...
