We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Situé dans le Parc Périgord-Limousin, le village des Bordes est composé de maisons anciennes rénovées ou en cours de rénovation. Vous serez dans une région de forêts et d'eau, idéale pour observer la nature et randonner. De nombreux sites, châteaux, grottes et beaux villages vous combleront par leur beauté, leur accueil et la qualité de leur gastronomie.

Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Cheerful 2-bedroom townhouse close to castle

The newly renovated house is situated in the centre of a beautiful old village which is dominated by the magnificent fairytale castle of Jumilhac with at its feet the river l'Isle. You even have a view of the castle from the private back garden. Shops, bakery, hairdressers, 2 restaurants, post office, tourist office, ATM machine, 2 restaurants and a tea room all within easy walking distance in the village. At 15 minutes drive you'll find 2 thriving market towns.

Besoin de vous ressourcer? Offrez vous un moment de calme dans notre petite cabane récemment refaite à neuf, simple et sympa, cascades et sentiers balisés. Idéalement situé à 10 min du lac des Bariousses, à 15 min de Treignac et à 30 min du lac de Vassivière ; vous pourrez profitez sur place des activités de tennis, balade en forêt ou le long de la rivière, sans supplément. Vous pouvez également pêcher sur l'étang (horaires et tarifs sur carpodrome.fr).

Regards d'ailleurs, gîte

studio neuf de 20 m2 muni d'une kitchenette équipée (cafetière basique à filtre lavable) sdb séparée, le tout agrandi d'une petite véranda de 6 m2 et de 40 m2 de terrasse aménagée ( tables, chaises) donnant sur un jardin paysagé. Couchage pour 2 adultes. Draps, serviettes, torchons, produits d'entretien fournis. le village est doté d'une gare (axe Limoges/Périgueux) située à quelques minutes à pied du gîte. Je peux venir vous chercher en voiture.
