Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Pierre-du-Perray

A beautiful house within walking distance of Barbizon village. The garden was pristine and a wonderful spot for breakfast. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, and the house had lovely nooks for relaxing with a book. Helen was very responsive and the guide left at the house included all the necessary information. We hope to return.

Très agréable séjour dans ce superbe logement situé au cœur d'un magnifique village. Le logement est très bien équipé et la literie très confortable. Tout est mis en œuvre pour rendre le séjour agréable. C'est très bien pensé, jusque dans les moindres détails. C'est très joli, décoré avec goût, je recommande vivement. Merci James pour votre chaleureux accueil, tout était parfait!

Annette est très accueillante. Le logement est très agréable, très bien meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les envions sont très beaux, proche de la forêt de Fontainebleau, du château de Courances, du cyclop de Jean Tinguely, de Milly. Seul regret la route qui passe devant le gite est assez passante, mais on est tout de même bien isolé dans la cour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Nathalie est très accueillante et attentionnée, elle veille vraiment au confort de ses voyageurs. Le logement est impeccablement propre et très agréable. Par ces fortes chaleurs, la fraîcheur à l’intérieur était vraiment appréciable. Je recommande vivement.

Had a lovely 3 night stay in a very private, well equipped house. Very secure garden for our two dogs. kitchen had everything you needed and plenty of outside seating to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Didier was very responsive to any questions that we had. Perfect. Thanks

Wir waren zum Bouldern im Wald von Fontainebleau. Dafür ist die Unterkunft von Marie perfekt. Wir waren zu zweit mit einem kleinen Baby in der Unterkunft für zwei Wochen uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir waren äußerst begeistert von der Ruhe und der Perfekten Lage mitten in den Bouldergebieten.

La maison est très bien située, au calme, à la lisière de la forêt, avec un grand jardin. Les chambres à coucher sont au rez-de-chaussée et la maison reste bien fraîche même pendant les étés chauds. Très belle terrasse et bon équipement en général ! Josiane a été très aimable et serviable. Merci beaucoup !

Tout était parfait 😍 C’était ma première expérience dans un Airbnb et que fut ma surprise en tombant sur ce magnifique hébergement avec des terrains immenses et une belle et grande piscine, cela allait clairement au dessus de nos attentes ! Les propriétaires étaient vraiment très accueillant et chaleureux et leur réactivité était surprenante. Ils nous ont offert un oignon et une pastèque avec un peu de thym pour nous aider a cuisiner notre plat, c’était adorable de leur part. On regrette vite le moment où il faut se mette à préparer ses affaires pour partir tellement on s’y sent bien ! Il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour agréable et du début à la fin, tout était parfait ! Merci beaucoup à Christine et Gérard pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse nous a sincèrement touchés. Je vous conseil sans aucun doute ce logement, en espérant pouvoir revenir très prochainement ! ❤️

Ibra ist ein super freundlicher Gastgeber der extrem schnell reagiert, sehr hilfsbereit und geduldig ist. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Schlafcouch ist sehr gemütlich, die Küche klein aber funktional. Obwohl das Apartement in einer Wohnanlage ist, ist es sehr ruhig und angenehm. In 5min ist man zu Fuß in einem großen Supermarkt. Parkplätze findet man immer. Es hat uns sehr gefallen!

We loved our stay at Corinne's home! Its central location was incredibly convenient, putting us within walking distance of multiple metro and bus stops. Her apartment had all the necessary amenities. I’d highly recommend it and can't wait to stay again!

Frederic’s place made for an amazing 3 day stay! Fred went above and beyond in helping my husband and I with checkin and check out, and even held our luggage when we had an early flight in. He was a great host. The view is breathtaking, and watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle from the balcony in the evenings was a highlight of our entire trip. The neighborhood has a lovely local feel, with a metro just outside the building to easily get around the city. The bed is comfy and the place is just as pictured. Something to note is that because the cleaning fee does not cover a full cleaning, guests are asked to clean the shower and toilet before checkout.

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.
