Thanks to Alison for this apartment, we felt very good there. We spent a weekend in La Rochelle, close to all amenities, and the city. The property is conveniently located easy to access and secure for parking. A quiet and relaxing terrace, the same for the residence!

In short, we are very happy with our family stay. The accommodation is arranged and allows everyone to find their way around. It is well-equipped and especially close to everything on foot. Excellent week in Royan with top weather for the end of October. Recent residence, very well decorated apartment, where nothing is missing, very comfortable bedding and pretty terrace overlooking the pool. We loved the proximity to the beach of La Grande Conche and the city center. We were able to take great walks and leave the car in the parking lot.

We had a great stay at Muriel's apartment. Small clean and functional cocoon located in a quiet residence. Muriel is very pleasant and available. I would highly recommend a stay on Ile d 'Oléron.

If you are looking for a nice accommodation with a beautiful garden area and pool in beautiful surroundings at a good price, this is the place to be. Friendly people provide a warm welcome. The surrounding area invites for excursions.

Great stay at Caroline's beautiful place. We enjoyed the quietness of the residence and its easily accessible pool. The place is located 10 minutes from La Rochelle so easy to access. What you see is what you get. Just perfect for the best beaches and the staff at the residence are just amazing and helpful. Nothing was a problem... And they smile when they talk to you... Something in France they do not always do ! 10 out of 10...

Was told that breakfast would be a continental breakfast buffet...but was not as expected. I have worked all my adult professional life in the hotel industry so know what is a buffet. The egg machine did not work the second day, no option offered, lack of choice for guests who are of international origin and used to different choices. Could have few more items available. But apart from this, the facilities were as per the announce, very clean and tidy, well maintained. Location excellent 👌 staff reactive and friendly. room of great comfort for a family of four.

Well located residence, 50 m from the beach, with very nice amenities. Heated indoor pool and gym (remember to remind users to share equipment) and we have to go outside to access it, too bad when it's cold or raining!). Housing located on the ground floor, balcony overlooking a very nice garden, very good bedding, well-stocked kitchenette). TV too high in relation to the sofa (we have neck pain).

Accommodation as described. Ideally located at the end of the island of Oléron. Modern and well-equipped mobile home. Well-equipped campsite (swimming pool, bar, grocery store, etc.) Friendly staff. Very quiet environment on this weekend of the ascension, the children can play in peace.

We rented this beautiful family home for a beautiful family reunion weekend. The bedding is very comfortable, the house is spacious, warm, authentic offering many ping pong, basketball, sauna, blanket pool, a big plus for pool safety, reading, board games... Every generation will find something like this. A big thank you for this wonderful stay, with a special mention at the Edgar and Alfred concierge. Jean-Christophe responded to all our requests both in advance and during the stay. A top welcome! We'll be happy to go back!

Patricia was very responsive, precise and friendly. The accommodation was in line with the description and photos, (bakery accessible 5 min walk), very quiet in June and nice pool!Very good value for money. Don't hesitate!

Nice location, the outside is really great with possibility to eat in the shade under the trees. Very close to the beach.
