For a mother-daughter reunion, we couldn't have found a better place! The apartment has a magnificent view and is very well located; the large beach is at the foot of the building. The accommodation is very functional as for Aurore and Angélique, thank you for your warm welcome and responsiveness.

Stunning view, very well stuffed and organized, easy to access

It is a beautiful studio, very well located, well equipped, with an elevator and a beautiful sea view. Breakfast facing the sea on the very pleasant balcony. Not a lot of restaurants around and a pedestrian street with plenty of shops for shopping fans and foodies, several ice cream parlors on this street. Quiet neighborhood with convenient local shops. A big plus the garage. Accommodation a few steps from the embankment that leads us to the beaches as well as to other shops and the city center, not to mention the Île Penotte district. Not to mention a very friendly and available host. Delighted with our stay.

We were warmly welcomed by Sylvie, who was very available and gave good advice to discover the activities and beaches of the surroundings. She allowed us to arrive at the time that suited us, which greatly facilitated our installation. The apartment is impeccable: clean, well maintained and pleasant to live in. It offers a partial view of the sea, which adds to the charm of the stay. I highly recommend this address for a successful stay in peace.

The apartment is very well located, at the foot of the Tour de la Lanterne, a stone's throw from the old port and 5 minutes from the La Concurrence beach. The location is ideal for walking, cycling (self-service station nearby) and for taking the bus boats to the aquarium or the port des minimes. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the station.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

We had a pleasant stay in Christophe's house. The views are simply magical. The place was spotless when we arrived! Being able to do everything on foot is also very appreciable, beach, walk on the coastal path in front of the house, shops and markets nearby. The listing description was as we expected, all the amenities were present and functional. the most: step-free house and fully fenced.. easy for children and the elderly and the dog:) Nearby: bakery, market, children's play area and at the edge of a small arm of the sea! It was perfect for our big weekend. Recommended!

The little house on the Coast is a small haven of peace . Amazing view, very cozy house, very clean and very well decorated. Ideal house to disconnect. Ideally located for bike rides or walking. As a bonus, amazing sunsets.

We had a lovely stay at Virginia’s place - it is creatively decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. It’s perfectly situated to be part of the village life of La Courade but also very quiet and peaceful. It has 3 good size bedrooms (slightly soft beds but that’s objective!), a lovely dining area that feels as though you are in a ship’s cabin, comfy seating areas, very well equipped kitchen and a safe l, attractive courtyard which is perfect for small kids / storing bikes etc. we loved it - thank you!

We had a great stay with my daughters! The little house is very pretty, tastefully decorated. We had the pleasure of being visited by ducks several times in a row, which was a unanimous delight among the girls. The proximity to bike paths, the beach and swimming pools is really a plus. The hosts are very kind, responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this listing 🤗

The location is perfect, especially for avid beach goers! The town is also incredibly walkable from the location. The apartment was spacious and very welcoming!

We stayed at Marie Odile's with our two children. The apartment: Very beautiful, breathtaking ocean view, comfortable. It is also very well equipped. There's absolutely everything there! The residents of the building are also adorable. And then Marie Odile, a great host, who makes sure everything is going well, who checks in on you. Go ahead without hesitation! We strongly recommend and will come back back.

A well-appointed accommodation, close to amenities and a stone's throw from the port of Saint-Martin. A very responsive host who takes good care of his guests; he responded promptly to water damage in one of the bathrooms. Too bad the local products were no longer available in the accommodation. Excellent stay in this studio, you'll find everything you need, it's super clean, Line is very friendly and welcoming, her recommendations were valuable, the location is ideal, and I was able to find everything I needed within walking distance. Perfect for recharging and slowing down! One thing that could be improved: the mattress, for sensitive backs. Would definitely stay again.

This apartment is in a great location with views over the harbour and the sea. It is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We like that once there it is possible to leave your car in its parking space and walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. A lovely place for a calm and restful holiday.
