It is composed on the ground floor of a fitted kitchen and dining area, a living room area (convertible sofa) and a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine/dryer. Upstairs are two bedrooms with adult bed, TV, possibility of crib and a toilet with sink.

Gîte des Charmilles in the Perche in Normandy

Our 135 m2 cottage is adjoining our home. It is a 1880 Percheron farmhouse restored on a one hectare park with heated indoor pool (8 m x 5 m) accessible free of charge from April to end of September. The single-story accommodation was restored in 2020 and comes with full amenities. Sleeps 6 + a baby (free equipment on request). Bookings: weekly during school holidays or for 2 nights minimum outside school holidays.
