Valérie is a great host! She is very responsive by message and does not hesitate to advise her tenants. I spent a weekend with 8 of my friends and it was great, the accommodation is good value for money. I recommend this accommodation if you want to have a weekend at the Futurescope or elsewhere, it's great!

At the TOP, the accommodation and services are perfect. Laurent is very kind. I had never seen an Airbnb so well equipped, there is everything and everything is in perfect condition, it was perfect thank you for the stay.

‘Le Barn’, in the grounds of Chateau Belebat, is a charming accommodation which is beautifully and tastefully presented by the engaging hosts Jeff and Oscar. It is a peaceful, rural location, ideal as a base from which to explore this area of the Loire by car. For those on 2 wheels, it is worth mentioning the cycle path close by which connects to the local village with the all important Boulanger just 2km away from Le Barn. The nearby town of Richelieu is worth a visit and there are numerous other attractions in the locality. We picnicked by the river, tasted and bought wine in various Chateaux, explored Saumur, Chinon, Amboise, and several smaller villages, discovered charming restaurants, explored local markets and toured some of beautiful Chateaux gardens. Overall a wonderful spot although the little seating area outside Le Barn is not particularly private or comfortable if one wanted to chill/sleep/read a book in complete peace for an hour or two after a hard day sightseeing.

Accommodation in pristine condition, new, clean, well designed, nothing missing! Being able to bring your car inside the property is a great advantage! We stayed there for a stay at Futuroscope which is a 10 min drive. Hosts available and very responsive. We won't be looking anywhere else for next time!!

One night spent here to go to Futuroscope the next day. The room suited our expectations and was in line with the description.

Exceptional place and hosts! A truly charming place, tastefully renovated while keeping the character of the old. A breathtaking pool and above all human and open hosts. Great experience, Christophe is very responsive and was able to respond to all our requests (including a forgotten accessory that he was able to leave for us in the apartment 1 hour before our arrival), and we were able to benefit from preferential rates at Futuroscope! The apartment is exactly as in the photos, the bedding very comfortable, everything is available to spend a very pleasant short stay! Free parking and Futuroscope/Aquascope accessible in less than 10 minutes by a small, safe pedestrian road. Thank you for everything!
