Welcome to our lovely modern house, fully equipped, with pool, ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends. A 10-minute walk from the city center of Grenoble (or 5 minutes by tram), and close to the Vercors massif, you will love its calm and proximity to leisure. The house is air-conditioned, has a garden with pool, electric barbecue, swing , etc. For your safety the house has an alarm and intrusion detection system via a motion detector.
