Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Lage war ideal: ruhig gelegen und dennoch nur wenige Minuten von der nächstenMetro Station entfernt. Auch Bus und RUR waren gut ztu erreichen. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars, ein großer Park - alles in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation war gut, außerdem gab es einige Hinweise in der Wohnung. Paris ist sosieso eine Reise wert und es war schön, etwas außerhalb zu wohnen, da es sehr heiß war. Wir würden bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Paris definitiv gerne wieder hier übernachten!

Ich war mit meiner Familie für eine Woche in Paris und wir haben uns für diese Wohnung entschieden. Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es gab nur 2-3 Kleinigkeiten die wir als etwas störend empfanden. Zum einen war es der verstopfte Abfluss im Waschbecken des Bades (dieses habe ich direkt am ersten Tag anmeldet und bis heute keine Reaktion darauf bekommen) zum anderen hätte man vielleicht darauf achten können bei einer Wohnung für 4 Personen auch dementsprechend 4 Gläser, 4 Tassen usw zur Verfügung zu stehen. Leider war unsere Wohnung auch erst eine Stunde später also um 17 Uhr nicht um 16uhr zum check in bereit da noch um 16.30uhr bei unserer Ankunft die Reibungskraft vor Ort war und beim check Out jedoch pünktlich um 9.50uhr vor der Tür stand. Sonst war die Wohnung wirklich toll und empfehlenswert. Die Lage wie beschrieben. Vor der Tür fahren 2 Buslinien mit denen man super zur Metero 1 kommt (sonst 15min Fußweg)

A beautiful little room in a lovely neighborhood. I had a little trouble getting in on the first day because my U.S. cell phone couldn't call the host, but a neighborhood shop owner let me use her phone. Emmanuelle was very responsive and got me checked in right away. Clean, compact room. Bathroom is at the end of the hallway on the same floor. Shower is down three floors in Emmanuelle's home. Emmanuelle was very friendly, multi-lingual, quite accommodating.

This studio is one of the best Airbnb apartments I’ve ever lived. It’s newly refurbished and well equipped. I felt like home during my stay in Paris. It’s full of sun light in the room and the air circulation is good. There is an elevator in the apartment, so feel free to bring your big suitcases. The location itself is also good. 5~10 minutes walk to station Saint-Mandé on Metro Line 1, which can take you to city center in a short time. There’s also a big Monoprix supermarket and a nice city park nearby. The surrounding area is giving chill vibes. The host Dominique and Thomas are friendly and responsive. They really did a good job to create this Airbnb studio. I highly recommend it to those who plan to stay in Paris for vacation or for work. ❤️

Melissa was a great host. Very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was gorgeous, very clean and the area was great. Lots of places to go out and quite close to the Metro for onward transport to Paris. Would definitely stay there again.
