For visitors who are interested in local experiences, every Tuesday and Friday, there is a morning market right downstairs on the Boulevard Reuilly. Transportation: metro 6—Dugommier, metro 6 & 8 Daumesnil. Gare de Lyon.

Nestled in a calm courtyard, my apartment is just steps away from Dugommier and Daumesnil stations. Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

Vincennes/Fontenay, Grand Studio + Terrace

BETTER THAN L’HOTEL, 1Km from metro 1 Château de Vincennes, in a small period condominium, very quiet. Newly renovated garden level studio of 30m2 with 30m2 terrace also set back from street noise. The accommodation is not equipped with a kitchen but a dining area (microwave, Nespresso, mini fridge, kettle...), it is well served by Uber-eat, ideal for a few nights. Wi-Fi, bathtub, SmartTV, soundbar, Netflix, YouTube VIP, IPTV. Book JACUZZI for an EXTRA CHARGE

Montreuil – Croix de Chavaux

Close to the market square in Montreuil, close to the Croix de Chavaux metro station, my place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. Located in a condominium of friends, associated with a theater under construction; you can also enjoy a very sunny common terrace on the roof of this theater. And there's a brand new sofa bed!!

Charmant appartement parisien

This small apartment full of charm is ideal for a single person or couple (but not too big, because under the roofs!). It is 25 m2 on the ground. Fully equipped studio, very bright, in excellent condition (bathroom redone a year ago and bedding completely changed in January 2025) The accommodation is also very quiet: no cars passing below as the apartment overlooks a square.
