Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Leonard

We loved our time in this charming apartment! A (longish but totally doable) walk from Jean Talon market, it’s also very close to the metro. There was a transit strike while we were in town but the dedicated parking spot meant we could go in and out. The large terrace was a fabulous place to hang out in the evening. Comfy beds and a sweet little living room made us feel at home. Dominique was an exceptionally responsive host — when the cleaning person left slightly damp towels for us (in part because we checked in early), she washed new towels and brought them over right away. One thing to know is that the AC is a pump system and you need to leave all the doors open for a bit for it to reach the bedrooms, but that was not a problem at all. The neighborhood is gentrifying and only a stop or two from the much more expensive Mile End bohemian hub. Lots of coffee places nearby. I recommended it to local friends in case they had friends coming to town — it’s an excellent home base.

The place was immaculate and exactly as advertised. We loved the location as it was steps away from many shops and places to eat, walking distance to downtown and other tourist attractions. I would absolutely come back and stay here again during my next visit to Montreal!

Was in town for a work trip. Ammenities were all very close. Enjoyed the stay, would definitely book again. Hugo's communication response was very quick.

The apartment was immaculate, check in and out was easy, and Vanessa was very communicative and flexible. The location was absolutely perfect - very walkable and close to tons of great food and activities.

William’s place was exactly as described—super clean, modern, and felt brand new. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect: a quick Uber ride to Old Montreal, an easy walk to the Metro, and close to some great neighborhood restaurants. Access was smooth and the secure indoor garage was a huge bonus. We’d definitely stay here again!

Abou was amazing and respond back so quick, he was able to book me in last minute and accommodate my stay in his apartment less than 24 hours notice. I would definitely stay again great location close to Metro Station, and coffee shop

We were very delighted to stay here during the F1 GP weekend. Easy to access. Very cozy, comfortable and extremely clean. We felt safe and cared for. Very easy to get to the surrounding towns like Brossard, Longueuil and even the city of Montreal. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the town of Chambly but they provided us with a lot of brochures and recommendations of restaurants and things to do around which is much appreciated and hopefully next time we visit we will get to see more of what Chambly has to offer. We had an incredible time and many snacks and drinks were provided for our stay and even the oppurtunity to get fresh towels. We felt extremely cared for and next time I'm in Canada I will make sure to stay here. Very much worth it!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Minh’s place! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room and thoughtful touches that made traveling with a family so much easier. The location was great, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Check-in was simple, and the host was responsive and kind throughout. We especially appreciated the small touches that were added such as towels, kitchen items, etc. I highly recommend this spot for families. I would stay here again!

Wonderful hosts. Beautiful backyard to lounge beside the pool. Property backs onto a network walking trails - great for bird watching!

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

I stayed at Manel’s place to celebrate my birthday and it was amazing! It felt homey and looked like the pictures. Manel was responsive and very helpful throughout my stay! I really enjoyed my stay

Toute était parfait, la seule choses c’est qu’il fait chaud l’air climatisé ne fournit pas! Il faut donc apporter une fan pour bien dormir! Sinon très propre et tranquille

The apartment was very clean and very well located as it was close to the many amenities of the Plateau area. Chris was very responsive and always ready to help out with advice. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Une 2e fois pour nous dans cet hébergement et nous avons adoré tout comme la première fois. L'emplacement est parfait à proximité de plusieurs services. Le parc et les terrains de pickle ball sont à quelques minutes à pieds, le quartier est calme et paisible. Le logement est impeccable !

The location was super convenient to all the great restaurants in Old Montreal, easy walk to McGill and convenient metro stop nearby. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Gabrielle was lovely and responded quickly to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in the city and hope to be back soon! Highlights… botanical gardens, hike up Mont Royal and light show at Notre Dame. Great restaurants… Mélisse for brunch, Wolf & Workman for pot pie and fish pie, Pub St Pierre for drinks, Fiorellino for pizza, Café Nocturne for coffee & pastries and Ripples for the best ice cream! Our family of six stayed in Jason and Eric's place for five nights. From the first question I had before even booking till the day we left they were very quick to respond to any and all questions we had. So communication was really great. The house was very spacious for the six of us. The younger kids loved having three floors to explore, we all had our space and three and a half bathrooms was great. The house was very clean and bright!! Lots of huge windows but also the recessed lighting was amazing on the first floor. We used the dart board and had a lot of fun with that. The location was great, we crossed the street to the park daily. It was a short walk to Mont Royal and we did it every day for some groceries, bagels or shopping. it was a 50 min walk to old town which we did twice. We did a ton of walking around Montreal and the house was always a great place to come home to. Comfy beds were appreciated too!! If in Montreal again we would stay here again!

Good place to stay on a beautiful street and great host. About a 10min walk to the metro station. Clean residence and AC in all the bedrooms. The relatively thin walls made us a bit wary of our noise, especially with kids, but turned out not to be a problem after all. Would stay here again as it is really a great place to stay, and next to ChefMak which had great food!!!!!! Eric was easy to talk to and very responsive and helpful.
