We had a pleasant family stay. This weekend was conducive to a total disconnection

Alexandra's house was everything the five of us, a 17-month-old child, her parents, a grandfather and an aunt, could have wished for, comfortable rooms, a spacious cooking area, a secluded and fully-enclosed garden, with a BBQ, delightful al fresco sitting and dining areas, and last, but certainly not least, a glorious pool, greatly enjoyed by all 5 of us. Ploubalay is a small town/large-ish village that has every kind of shop we needed, and is close to some lovely seaside places like StJacut and St Briac. St Malo and Mont St Michel are under an hour away, but it would be wise to get to both early, because of the crowds. Parking at St Malo is a nightmare, but why bother when Lancieux and St Lunaire are closer and easier, and there's a lovely pool and a boule piste outside your own back door? We thoroughly recommend this as a holiday home.

Marie and her husband are very welcoming hosts. Their three dogs are also adorable. We spent 3 days with our baby and the house was very nice. Bonus: the double bed is extremely comfortable!! The pool is beautiful, we would have loved to enjoy it more if the weather had been in our favor. I would recommend this airbnb!

We had a pleasant stay In Erquy. The location and services are of quality. Only shadows on the board, the basement of the house is also rented without the listing specifying it, and we have not had hot water the last 2 days without the problem being solved.

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

Exceptional location. The view is magnificent. The house is very nice and typical. Beautiful renovation. Access to the house is complicated. The street is narrow and not one-way... no direct access from the street to the land. Access by door, there are steps at the entrance... Overall we had a nice stay

Very pleasant week's stay at the Etang Quihouas cottage, which we highly recommend. Welcome, cleanliness, comfort, exceptional amenities...Nothing is missing. So we are well at the cottage... And Marien, close to the house, is very responsive and ready to help us and let us enjoy his good strawberries of the moment... Only downside, the weather that did not allow us to enjoy the small flower garden and its great outdoor facilities. Address to remember and share.

We had a great time with friends in this house. The accommodation is very nice, spacious, clean and perfectly equipped: everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is very quiet, which allows you to rest well, while being only a few minutes from the city center, which is very convenient for getting around. The house is tastefully decorated and the welcome was very warm. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the premises, the comfort of the beds and the amenities available to us (well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, etc. It was a real pleasure to stay here, and we have an excellent memory of our stay. We recommend this house without hesitation, and we will gladly return if the opportunity arises!

Beautifully tastefully decorated house, very spacious and functional. Everything was in new condition and very clean. Ideal for two couples. Nice little private terrace with BBQ area, unfortunately with a little traffic noise inside the village but not disturbing. Area is beautiful . There are pretty coastal villages not too far away. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. We had a fantastic stay in Stephanie’s very sweet cottage. It’s moments from the centre of town but very secluded and peaceful and the front garden is a lovely spot to take sit in the evenings. The apartment is small but well maintained and equipped and the space is perfect for a small family. The kids slept upstairs in the attic room on two single mattresses with lots of books and games to keep them occupied. The main bedroom is small but cosy. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking and the dishwasher is a handy addition. Dinard is a lovely town and the restaurants very child-friendly and laidback. Stephanie was great throughout, communicative, and even offered us an early check-in which was very handy. We will definitely be back, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent accommodation for a long weekend with friends with children, very well located 1 minute walk from the beach. The house was clean and tidy. Amenities are complete and in good condition. Very appreciable plancha. Only small downside, the bathroom upstairs is sloping so low ceiling and not practical for adults, but perfect for children. We recommend it and will come back with the family.

Beautiful bright house, everything is new, clean, well maintained, well equipped. We stayed with our baby and he particularly enjoyed the high chair. Everything is easily accessible on foot, with the stroller. However, the house is located on a busy street, a little noisier at night. But a big plus for parking!

The place is great, clean comfortable and well equipped, the use of the garage for bikes or motorcycles was a bonus, the town has all the facilities you need yet the house is quiet and well situated. Benedicte couldn’t have been more helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to friends or family and would certainly use again if I return to the area, many thanks to all concerned

Super vacation, we fell in love with Brittany right away, which was mainly due to the house and the location. We and the children immediately felt at home in the lovingly decorated rooms. In the kitchen, we were not only impressed by the induction stove and the dishwasher. Otherwise, no wish remained unfulfilled. We especially enjoyed the evenings in the sun in front of the pretty cottage.
