Au calme, au carrefour de Vitré, Fougères, Laval et Ernée, elle est aussi à 1h du Mont Saint Michel, 1h de Rennes, à peine 4h de Paris. Le chemin de randonnée, le sentier de Haute Vilaine, se trouve au pied de la maison et une base nautique à 15 km. Un supermarché et une boulangerie se trouvent à 5km.

Les chambres sont à l'étage. La mezzanine et les poutres font le charme de ce gite. Des activités aux alentours vous seront proposées. A disposition: location possible de 2 vélos électriques pour profiter des chemins pédestres.
