Family-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Germain-lès-Arpajon

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Très belle appartement, bien localisé, à quelques pas seulement de la gare avec plein de petits commerces aux alentours. Le bien est réellement comme indique les photos. Le balnéo est magnifique ainsi que le homme cinéma. Super bon petit moment passé chez Mike, je recommande. Le tapis de course c'est vraiment un plus aussi. Le point moins positif que j'ai trouvé c'est qu'il y à pas d'accès direct à l'extérieur (pour les fumeurs faut sortir du logement).

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist ein kleines, charmantes, altes Haus, in dem es in jeder Ecke etwas Neues zu entdecken gibt – verspielt, abenteuerlich und gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

A perfect Parisian stay! David’s apartment was the ideal home base for our trip to Paris. The location was fantastic—just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and close to shops, bakeries, and metro stations. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like a well-equipped kitchen and helpful local tips. David was an excellent host—responsive, welcoming, and made check-in easy. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and convenient Paris experience!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Martin's apartment was the PERFECT place to stay for our first trip to Paris! The location cannot be beat, everything is so easily accessible. So many great restaurants and shops right on the street and in the neighborhood. Metro was super easy to find and use for places that were too far to walk. Martin was a great host and always responsive. We had a bit of trouble with the codes for both doors during check in, but after we recieved the keys, there is a fob that easily opens both doors and had no further trouble. It is worth noting the apartment is a third floor walk up, so don't overpack luggage! The apartment itself is spacious and clean, we were so happy to have the extra space. The bath towels could use replacement, as they are small and super scratchy/bleach stained, but we have found the same thing at Airbnb's in other parts of Europe. I would just consider packing my own for next time. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will definitley be staying here on our next trip!

Helenes home was perfect! You are closer to the Eiffel Tower than the pictures make it seem. The home was well stocked and had plenty of ammenities. We would definately stay here again.

Wir sind eine boulderbegeisterte Familie aus Leipzig und waren 4 Tage in dem Haus von Catherine und Christophe. Der Kontakt war sehr nett. Die Lage des Hauses ist top. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss im ersten Bouldergebiet. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was man brauchte. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Nous avons été très heureux de séjourner dans cette maison confortable au charme incontestable où l'esprit de famille règne en maître. De grands espaces à l'intérieur et un vaste jardin entourant la maison ont permis à toutes les générations de trouver les divertissements qui conviennent. Nous avons bien apprécié le calme et la nature, personne n'a été déçu! C'est un endroit qui ne laisse pas indifférent et qui enthousiasme et émerveille les jeunes enfants.

Christine’s place is in a perfect location—just a short walk to the Palace of Versailles and surrounded by many great restaurants. The apartment itself was wonderful: spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished (with some antiques). The beds were very comfortable, the linens were crisp and fresh, and the whole space felt like home from the moment we arrived. It’s in a quiet area, yet close to everything. The shower was excellent, and we really appreciated having an elevator in the building, especially with our luggage. Parking our rental car in the nearby covered garage was a big plus. Christine’s daughter, Caroline, greeted us and was absolutely lovely—prompt, welcoming, and full of helpful information. We visited Versailles during the day and returned for the fountain and fireworks show at night. Both times we walked and felt very safe. I highly recommend Christine’s place Tip: Don’t miss the crepes at Crêperie des 2 Portes and Aux Merveilleux de Fred.

We had a great stay! Very nice neighborhood with good restaurants and close to the metro. The apartment was super nice, cute and charming. Would definitely stay there again.

Un parfait et très joli petit nid, avec une petite terrasse très agréable, au grand calme. Randonnées à la porte. Au centre du beau village de Milly la forêt. L'hôtesse est parfaitement aimable. Vraiment très bien !

Wir haben uns in der Wohung wohlgefühlt. Sie war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kaffee usw. Die Lage ist ruhig in einem Hinterhof u die Wohnung hat sogar eine kleine, eingemauerte Terrasse. Praktisch fanden wir, dass es in der Straße zahlreiche Bäcker oder kl. Lebensmittelläden gibt. Wir hatten unsere Räder dabei, in ein paar Minuten ist man damit am Place de la Republique. Wir haben alle Touren mit dem Rad gemacht, hat sehr gut funktioniert, da in Paris überall Radwege installiert sind.

Maria is a very kind host. Everything was perfect. Thank you for keeping Bread butter and Jam, it was helpful because supermarkets were closed on Sunday. Easy recommendation 🙂

Fantastische plek met alles wat je nodig hebt! Echt een oase op goede afstand van de stad. Om bij te kunnen komen van de drukke stad is dit echt een aanrader Het zwembad en de tuin is heerlijk en het huis is knus en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi gelegen aan de rand van het bos.

Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Charmante kleine Wohnung im 27. Stock des Evasion 2000 von 1971. Zugang zu einem Pool unterm Dach. 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Eiffelturm. Sehr schnelle und klare Kommunikation mit Paule. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

A casa de Elodie é super confortavel. Para quem quer estar em uma casa, com lazer e a apenas 30 min de carro de Paris ou 50 min com trem/metro trata-se de uma otima opcao. Tambem aconselhado para quem viaja com criancas no verao.

Das perfekte Sommerquartier! Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und kann vor allem mit einem traumhaften Garten inklusive Pool toppen. Durch die Lage am Ortsrand ist es herrlich ruhig und grün, man ist aber in vier Minuten mit dem Auto im Ortskern, wo es alles gibt, was man sich an französischen Gaumenfreuden erhofft. Severine ist eine außerordentlich herzliche, engagierte und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die es schafft, dass man sich wirklich willkommen fühlt. Bei Problemen oder Fragen stand sie gleich mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, ohne dass man das Gefühl hatte, zur Last zu fallen. Vielen Dank! Wir sind sehr gerne dort gewesen und kommen gerne wieder!

Gif sur Yvette est environ une heure de Paris porte à porte, donc prévoir ce temps de transit. L’appartement est situer dans un cadre verdoyant et paisiblev, les matins ont été tranquille et on favorisé notre repos. Le village a tout à porter de main boulangerie, fromagerie, caviste, marché, café et bistro. L’hôte est réactive a pris souvent de nos nouvelle pour savoir que tout allait bien. L’endroit et très sécuritaire.

Bel appartement très bien situé dans Paris! L appartement est agréable, bien rangé et propre. La piscine est un vrai plus ! Stephanie est très accueillante !
