Éric and Caroline's house is alone in the middle of untouched nature in complete tranquility, but still so central that you can explore the surroundings all around. The house, or rather the whole property, has been beautifully renovated and has retained its old charm. We liked the natural pool very much. The contact with Éric and also by phone with Caroline was very friendly and pleasant, thank you! We already had a few houses in the south of France, this one was definitely a very special one!

My friend and I went for a long awaited weekend away and Remon and Anita's place was just perfect! I would say its even better than the pictures. The Gite has all the things you could possibly ask for including very comfortable beds, a pristinely clean bathroom and we loved the gite's rustic decoration and feel. The kitchen is fully kitted out and had coffee and tea included which was great. The Gite has its own outside terrace where, due to the lovely weather, we spent most of our time as well as next to the pool in the secluded garden which has sun loungers we could use as well. Lastly, Anita was super helpful and responsive and both Remon and Anita were really great hosts, very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone if you want a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing stay in southern france

Paradise stay in a beautiful home. Access to the village by a pleasant walk. The view is amazing and the pool is great. We enjoyed the great TV to follow the Olympics and cherry on the cake: the cat♥️

We had a great stay at the magnanerie du Monteil. The place is quiet and charming. We were able to benefit from Lydie's many tips on activities (hiking, canoeing, swimming in rivers, visiting charming villages, lunch in good restaurants). A perfect stay!

The setting is peaceful, with a very beautiful well-maintained pool, ideal for cooling off after a day of exploring the area. The welcome was warm and everything went very smoothly. Tbien located in this area full of hikes of all levels and great restaurants. Ideal pied-à-terre to be bcp outside. Recommended + +++. We keep the address and will surely come back.

Excellent stay in a small house full of charm. We came as a couple for 3 days of cycling and we were won over by the region and especially by the incredible setting of the property. What a view! Far from everything, the car is essential, but you could stay there lounging all day, the place is so magical. Michel and Véronique are very warm, welcoming and available people!

A wonderful stay, totally improvised but we won't regret it. The hamlet is unique, cut off from the world, peaceful. The change of scenery is total. The pool is amazing, nestled in nature facing the hills. We were hosted very well and hope to return.

Marion and Géraud welcomed us for a period of two months in their bear lodge. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort of the accommodation which has everything we need: a large bed, windows with shutters, a (really well) equipped kitchen, a large fridge, a coat rack, storage for luggage, a washing machine, a rather spacious shower, etc. The accommodation is located in a quiet village, pleasant to live in and is surrounded by very friendly neighbors! Marion and Géraud are very responsive and have been attentive to the needs we have expressed. We felt so good there that we extended our stay for two more months!!

Small family weekend very successful thanks to Eloïse and her beautiful renovation of this farmhouse, each of the guests quickly found their way around the house, was able to enjoy the many hiking departures directly on foot, the surrounding villages, the designer markets... we loved our evenings on the terrace, the house is really charming as is the neighborhood, and the setting is really very pleasant and relaxing

We had a very pleasant family weekend. We particularly appreciated the different indoor and outdoor spaces allowing you to sit quietly to play, talk, rest. The calm of the place promotes rest. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and we stayed at Corentin's place during a bike roaming on Via Rhôna. Corentin's place is very well located, close to bike lanes and very close to the center of Charmes-sur-Rhône and shops. The environment is a little destabilizing when you arrive, because the accommodation is located in a rather industrial area, but once you enter, the house and garden are well insulated and peaceful. The house is very well furnished with all amenities. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms spotless and convenient. The terrace and garden are very pleasant and relaxing. The Nordic bath, with the cut of a little wood and lighting a fire, is a real pleasure. Corentin is a charming host, very available and attentive, ready to answer questions and give advice. We had a beautiful and relaxing night at Corentin's house, and we will gladly come back.
