Notre T1 bis est situé au-dessus de notre garage, accolé à notre maison. L'entrée est indépendante, sans vis-à-vis, avec une place de parking à disposition. Nous sommes à Cruseilles, petite ville avec toutes les commodités, à mi-chemin entre Annecy (20 minutes) et Genève (20-30 minutes) et à 5 minutes de l'entrée d'autoroute vous permettant de sillonner facilement le territoire des Savoie. En cas de 2 voyageurs dormant dans 2 couchages séparés, je demande un supplément sur le séjour de 10€.

L'appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée d'un chalet typique de Haute Savoie, plein sud, entre Genève et Annecy. Une situation parfaite en couple ou en famille, pour visiter les alentours et accéder aux différentes activités de la région. Le village offre de sympathiques ballades à pied ou à vélo. Tous les commerces se trouvent à environ 5 minutes en voiture du logement. Vous pourrez profiter d'une vue sur les Alpes au calme et à la campagne, dans un jardin de 3000 m carrés.

We are offering for rent this small apartment in the countryside but close to all amenities and in the immediate vicinity of the highway entrance to Geneva. 3 km from the Santa Claus House and 30 minutes from the Glières Nordic cross-country ski resort. The entrance is independent, the terrace is quiet and sheltered at the back of the house, the view from the bedroom is unobstructed and not overlooked. Wi-Fi, electricity, water and heating are included.

My accommodation is on the southern flank of Salève, 930 meters above sea level, between Annecy (25 km) and Geneva (25 km). 5-minute drive to all the shops in Cruseilles. You'll love my place for its calm and environment, close to nature, with exceptional views of the Alps and Mont Blanc. My place is good for couples or families (with kids), to rest or play sports (hiking, mountain biking, swimming, tree climbing), in summer and winter.
