We cannot say enough great things about my stay at Sophie’s place — it was truly exceptional from start to finish. Sophie was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive, making us feel at home the moment we arrived. Her hospitality set the tone for a warm and relaxing experience. The place itself was spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it both cozy and beautifully maintained. It felt like a home away from home, with all the little touches that make a big difference — from linens to a well-equipped kitchen and inviting decor. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, centrally located to the Normandy sites. We appreciated how easy it was to get around. One of the best AIRBNB I got. The House is truly a gem, with a great pool. Perfect for 2-4 persons and to discover Normandie.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful and peaceful countryside of Normandy. The Gite was perfect for us and our 19 month old son and we really appreciated the cot, high chair and stair gates provided. We were extremely lucky with the weather so enjoyed the amazing pool and played many games of Pétanque. Highly recommend and we would love to return.

Nous sommes ravis du séjour passé dans ce logement. La maison est spacieuse, bien agencée, avec plusieurs salles de bain et nous avons pu en profiter sans nous marcher dessus (6 adultes et 6 enfants dont 2 bébés). Le logement est propre, de nombreux équipements sont proposés (2 chaises hautes, une baignoire bébé, une lave linge, un sèche linge, transats, livres…). Les extérieurs sont également parfaitement entretenus, avec un grand terrain entièrement clos. Il est idéalement placé, proche du centre ville de Dives et a une petite demi-heure du centre ville de Cabourg a pied. En ce qui concerne les hôtes, 5/5 également : disponibles, réactifs et arrangeants ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Our stay was wonderful. The hosts were warm, inviting and responsive. The house was spacious, great kitchen space, great pool/jacuzzi in the heated room. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The grounds were beautiful. Our children enjoyed playing with the chickens and the trampoline. We would stay there again.

My family of five (three of them young children) stayed here for a few days during a three week journey around Europe. It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to visit the D-Day sites and this home made our stay 100% enjoyable. It is my favorite AirBnB I have ever stayed in. It was perfectly clean, had everything we could have thought we needed, and the location was absolutely perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in such an amazing place!

Maison impeccable, tout confort, notamment un jardin d'hiver très agréable en cas de pluie pour profiter de l'extérieur. Elle est de plus idéalement placée, plages, commerces et restaurants à distance de marche (5-10 minutes). Tout cela dans une région à découvrir ou re-découvrir notamment pour les férus d'histoire.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison idéalement située, à deux pas de la mer, avec un agréable parc attenant. Les chambres sont confortables, la literie appréciée, et le stationnement est pratique et libre, ce qui est un vrai plus. La maison est idéale pour une famille ou un groupe de 4 / 6 personnes, car les espaces communs restent assez petits mais la partie nuit tres agréable. Le ménage d’ensemble est correct mais mérite d’être perfectionné.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 2 nuits chez Marion. Le logement est très cocooning et soigneusement décoré. J’avais lu dans les commentaires qu’il n’était pas facile de stationner à proximité et j’étais un peu inquiète mais nous avons pu très facilement nous stationner à moins de 4 mns du logement. Nous avons déchargé en warning et cela n’a posé aucun problème. La plage est accessible à moins de 5 mns et le Memorial est à une 20 aine de minutes. Je recommande chaudement.

Mignonne petite maison de vacances. Séjour très agréable en famille. Ambiance et atmosphère très conviviales et chaleureuses, un petit nid où petits et grands s’y sentent bien (jeux de plage, jeux de société et livres à disposition pour les enfants et les adultes). Nous avons passé une très belle vacance. Micheline a été très serviable et nous a beaucoup aidés sur tous les plans. Le quartier est très agréable et paisible et si nous repassons par-là, nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

We had a short but truly lovely stay! A perfect place for our family--we could all spread out a bit after a week sharing hotel rooms. Loved the location--the views were charming. Proximity to Bayeux was excellent--less than a five minute drive to the town center parking lots. Very clean, clear instructions, and thoughtfully stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook!). We'd definitely return. Thank you for a great stop on our road trip.

Amazing place to stay, lovely owner and beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Relatively close to a lot of touristic sites if you are by car. Would love to stay another time, we enjoyed our time here so much!

Stayed as a family and had a fantastic holiday, the property is perfect and as described, lovely touches and clearly throughout amenities make you feel at immediately at home. Going to Normandy with my 83 year old grandpa was easy and exactly what we had hoped for thanks to Sandra’s location. Great space that was very quiet and private in a beautiful neighborhood, within a walkable distance to the city center. Highly recommend this place for any family to come and enjoy the sights of Normandy!
