Our vaulted cellar in exposed stone and rock is located in the center of Coutances. It consists of a room with a bathroom. 40 m2 garden. Quiet and warm. Cottage in the center of the Manche: 10 minutes from the sea. 1 hr from Mont-Saint-Michel. 1 hour from the D-Day Landing beaches. The cellar is below a stone house being renovated. Cet appartement d'environ 30 m² est situé au centre ville de Périers dans une rue calme et proche des nombreux commerces. Il est au rez-de-chaussée de la maison (de plain-pied) et totalement indépendant. Vous pouvez également profiter du jardin à votre guise. Les plages de sable fin sont à 15 minutes en voiture et beaucoup d'autres choses encore sont à découvrir à proximité. Bienvenue à la maison!
