Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-André-de-Cruzières

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

We had a great stay at the magnanerie du Monteil. The place is quiet and charming. We were able to benefit from Lydie's many tips on activities (hiking, canoeing, swimming in rivers, visiting charming villages, lunch in good restaurants). A perfect stay!

We had a great stay in Ardèche! Listing was very clean, well-equipped and as described. The setting is beautiful, quiet and relaxing, ideal for relaxing. The hosts were very welcoming, available and gave good advice for discovering the region. We highly recommend this place and will gladly go back!

We just spent 15 days and the good weather was at the rendezvous, for those looking for calm and tranquility is the ideal place! Christine and Philippe are welcoming, warm, available and concerned for the well-being of their guests. They were good tips for sites to visit, both in the Gard and in the Ardèche which is barely 10 km away Many places to visit including the Pont du Gard, the Pont d 'Arc and the Ardèche gorges by canoe, the Aven Orgnac cave, the Sautadet waterfalls, the Nîmes bullring....) The house is well equipped and local shops are in Barjac 3km away We had a great time!

Lena & Jean-Claude were fabulous hosts, very helpful & friendly but also discreet. The cottage is super, well equipped & very comfortable - the pictures do not do it justice! A/C in the bedroom was much appreciated! We loved the pool area & outdoor kitchen, & enjoyed barbecuing on the plancha. St Victor la Coste is an unspoilt, un-touristy Provencal village with a good bar/restaurant & boulangerie and great views from the ruined castle a 20min steep walk away. Easy journeys into Avignon, Arles, Uzes & to Pont du Gard. We loved our week in this beautiful cottage & hope to return. Merci Beaucoup Lena & Jean-Claude!

Vanessa was a wonderful host. Her instructions for finding the apartment were very clear. She also shared a list of great restaurant recommendations in the area. The apartment couldn’t be in a better location. 2 minutes away is Le Palais des papes, yet the apartment is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Beautiful space, very comfortable. Host was very attentive and welcoming. No elevator if you have a lot of luggage good to know. Definitely would recommend, beds are very comfortable. Convenient and very walkable neighborhood.

Sylvie and Jean-Luc hosted us very warmly and are very accessible. We had a very nice stay in absolute calm in this beautiful cottage with a magnificent view from the terrace to the valley 🤗🤗 and, took advantage of the walks, walking from the cottage and those offered by this beautiful region... We stayed here as a family of five for a week. An amazing apartment which looks exactly the same as in the photos. Amaury was a fabulous host who was super quick to respond and help. The location is fabulous with a great view of the Arènes. The stand out star of this apartment, is the terrace. Fabulous in the morning for a relaxing coffee and equally good for evening cocktails! A couple of points to note is that there is one toilet and that the only shower is accessed through one of the bedrooms. There is however a lovely bath in the other bathroom. We would highly recommend this place!

Very central location, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very nice and functional.

A piece of paradise in the middle of the vineyards. Véronique and Pascal are charming and very discreet. We were able to discuss their passion and their art with them. They are fascinating. Our accommodation was perfect, just like the description. The ceilings are low upstairs but as indicated in the description, no surprise. Perfect bedding and a very nice soothing decoration. I highly recommend it. We'll be back, I think.

Come without so much as a second thought! Michelle is really nice and welcoming. The apartment is very well laid out, and perfectly maintained, equipped, and comfortable. You can walk to the city center in 5 minutes. Really nothing to repeat. I will be back as soon as I can.

We are delighted with our stay. Easy to access, self check-in, accommodating and very clear explanations. Lots of good tips for nearby restaurants. The space was as photographed and very clean.
