This is an amazing apartment located in Dada-dong. The total floor area is 55 pyeong, but the two inner rooms are locked for personal luggage storage ^ ^ There are two entrance rooms and a spacious living room and kitchen, so it is good for families or individuals. It is also a very clean place, as it is not long after remodeling. There is a large TV, a cafe-type living room table, and an interior made of wood. It is a very pretty place. One parking is possible.

The first floor is where we live, and guests of the garden can use it. The second floor is a guest house with a terrace where you can have a charcoal barbecue party. There is a CU and Mart nearby, and the bus stop is right in front of it, so transportation is good. If you go down the road between the stops (stairs), there is a road leading to Songdo Beach. It is close to a trail like Olle-gil and a 5-minute walk from the first beach in Busan with Songdo Beach.

I stayed with three people. It was a very pleasant and cozy accommodation:) The interior is beautiful. The bedding, towels, and utensils are all clean. I liked it because it was clean ~ Other reviews said it was difficult because it was a hill. It's on a high side, but most of Busan's terrain It was a hill, so we didn't have much inconvenience. Rather, it's a hill + high-rise apartment The sea view from the veranda (especially the best sunset view) was so pretty. Thanks to the kind owner, I had a more enjoyable trip before heading out.🤍

This is definitely one of the nicer places I've stayed at in this price range. It's comfortable with everything you could need even for a long stay. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. For a big supermarket you can walk about 25 minutes or take a bus/train. You are next to a main road which can be a little loud at night but I got used to it quickly.

This place is beautiful with beautiful views. It’s high up so be prepared to walk steep hills and many stairs but the view is worth it. There is a very nice cafe about a block up called Paros. Also the host was amazing. We messaged him to help us with our food delivery and he got our order perfect. We just paid the driver when he showed up. I also had issues getting taxis because we are a group of 7. Our host was so gracious and helped us get a taxi but he himself came to take our luggage and a couple of us to Busan station. Very wonderful host. Definitely peaceful area too.
