Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sagres

Probably the loveliest and cutest holiday rental I have stayed in - actually wished we could have spend more down time in the flat, but there is just a lot to do in Algarve! Everything looks just like in the pictures and Carlos and Eileen have thought of everything guests might need. The highlight is definitely the green garden with the outdoor bathtub. The kitchen is also really well equipped. Carlos and Eileen provided an incredibly detailed virtual guide, which included instructions on how everything works in the flat (including video instructions on how to operate the coffee machine, blinds, etc), as well as loads of great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The bed is up below the ceiling, so it does get a little bit hotter there than in the rest of the flat, but with the aircon (which worked well and pretty quietly) it's totally fine.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans le logement. Tout était bien aménagé, les instructions étaient claires. Notre coup de cœur était assurément la terrasse, parfaitement aménagée pour se reposer. L’hôte est très réactif et proactif dans ses démarches. Nous avons apprécié. Il y a 2 bons restaurants à proximité et le soir, c’est le calme plat. Je recommande le logement sans hésiter!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberin war herzlich, umsorgend und jederzeit hilfsbereit – man spürt, dass ihr das Wohl der Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten, Genießen – und einfach zum Glücklichsein. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ahua Portugal, where our host Anne guided us with thoughtful local tips and quick responses. Nestled on a peaceful hillside above Seixe Valley, the modern house had every comfort we needed and felt like the perfect retreat. We were deeply inspired by Anne’s dedication to the land. She has led a reforestation project across her 18-hectare estate, planting over 30,000 cork trees to restore the forest after wildfires. Tip: Do plan to bring a reliable car. The unpaved access roads are best navigated with a vehicle that has good clearance. If you’re seeking a serene, private getaway with a caring, responsive host deeply connected to her land, Ahua Portugal is an exceptional choice! Five stars all the way, and thank you, Anne!

This was our first time in Portugal and this Airbnb had the essence of what we were looking for. Situated right in an authentic setting, very private and full of charm, it offered the perfect balance of comfort and local character. The home was beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout, and the surroundings made us feel like we were truly immersed in Portuguese culture. Enjoying evenings on the terrace and morning coffee in the Penthouse made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a genuine experience. I was impressed by the quality of the accommodations—from the well-equipped kitchen to modern amenities. Everything felt carefully curated to enhance our stay without compromising the authenticity of the space. It’s clear the hosts take great pride in their property, and it made a real difference in our overall experience. The hosts were very responsive and gave us great locations to check out. Casa Castelejo è una meraviglia, una casa in cui vorresti abitare arredi moderni e di gusto, l’abbiamo trovata pulita e ordinata, ottima posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia e vicina al centro, super consigliata!

This was our fourth stay at Beco da Liberdade, and it somehow gets better every time! The view is truly something special, the location couldn’t be more perfect, and the space has everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday. We can’t say enough great things about it—an absolute favorite.

We loved stayed at this place! Incredibly peaceful location close to so many beaches and not far from Lagos! We loved using the back patio and were really glad to have a washing machine! Giorgio and Leandra were amazing hosts - so many great recommendations and so responsive. It can get hot at night, but cracking the windows open with a good cross breeze cooled the place down quickly! Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

The apartment is very well located, near the beach and with many restaurants nearby. The coolest thing is the terrace because of the beautiful view. If you prefer to stay and enjoy time in silence, it’s a great choice. It's also very clean and has everything you need. And the hosts are very helpful and very responsive; we appreciated their help with anything. It’s a perfect place for a vacation.

Nos encantó el alojamiento de Ricardo, es tal cual las imágenes, estaba impecable y muy acogedor, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, aire acondicionado, utensilios de cocina, champú, etc. Buena ubicación, en un complejo tranquilo pero muy cerca del centro en coche y con fácil aparcamiento. Ricardo en todo momento fue muy comunicativo y atento.

Perhaps the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It was exactly what I needed after exploring the big cities. The property was exactly like the listing - if not more. It was in a quiet residential area but still walkable to the town center (less than 10mins). I LOVED the balconies, there’s 2 private balconies and both incredible. One has a sun lounge, and the other with a beautiful sea view. I watched the sunrise from that balcony one morning. It was surreal. I will definitely come back to Portugal just to stay at this Airbnb. Everything has well thought out, even little things like the outdoor washing machine and clothes drying rack for guests use. I would 10000% recommend this place.

Carla’s place is clean, well-kept and it has everything you need for a good vacation. The location is super convenient for exploring Lagos and beyond. The Iberlagos apartment complex has a large pool and a direct access to the beautiful Dona Ana beach and a short walk to Lagos’ old town. So easy, comfortable and practical! Carla is also a very communicative and polite host, and she also gave us excellent tips for restaurants. Thank you!

Tolle Unterkunft mit Swimmingpool und schöner privater Terrasse und Lounge, Ecke !! Oliver war immer präsent und hat proaktiv Ausflugstipps oder Empfehlungen für wunderschöne Strände gegeben. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es gab ein kleines Begrüßung. Paket mit Kaffeekapseln und Tee. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig. Allerdings mindestens 30 Minuten Fußmarsch nach Luz oder Burgau an den Strand , in den Supermarkt oder schöne Restaurants.

Cannot recommend enough, Peggy and Rupert were extremely responsive, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The apartment was pristine, as described and in a good location with some really special beaches nearby (15 min walk) From setting up car hire, to restaurant recommendations and parking info, Peggy made everything simple. The apartment was well stocked with all the things you'd need, my only regret was that I didn't have time to finish the book I borrowed off the shelf! We would come back, thanks so much!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views are unreal, pictures cannot do it justice. Short walk to the beach and a pool right below! Gil and Telma were very responsive, we had lost power one night and Telma helped us fix right away. Perfect stay for our first time in Lagos and we would definitely return!

William was hands down the best host we’ve ever had. He prepared the most thoughtful and warm reception we’ve ever experienced - truly above and beyond. The apartment itself was absolutely incredible: spotless, beautifully designed, and in a perfect location. I honestly can’t recommend it enough. If you’re coming to Lagos, this is the place to stay.

Great friendly hosts who really made sure that we felt at home. Location is perfect - right by the beach. Easy drive to nearby grocery store and town centre. Home was very spacious and had a beautiful window. Enjoyed the stay.

The location was amazing for walking to the beach, having alfresco meals, and Emmanuelle was a wonderful host! So pleased and was a perfect start to our Portugal holiday!

Fabulous location! Beach, amazing boardwalk, and town very near, just lots of stairs! But that is beautiful Portugal! Views from porch were fantastic; everything you needed was in the kitchen and it was a very welcoming place. We didn’t use the pool, but it is a good size and well maintained. Master shower is a bit tight, but a big beautiful bath is 5 steps away, so really no big deal. I would definitely book here again if the opportunity arises!

Un logement très bien équipé, avec des équipements et des meubles de haute qualité, ce qui est rare dans les Airbnb. Rien que pour ça, le logement mérite 5 étoiles. également le lit est bien comfortable Cependant, comme il est situé dans un quartier avec de grands bâtiments, et lui-même dans un immeuble , il y avait pas mal de bruit et des travaux qui gênaient le sommeil. Enfin, la ville est idéale pour visiter Lagos et Ferragudo, mais en elle-même, elle n’est pas très attractive.

Delighted: location & pool and view from the balcony (very private). Bolt from train / town €3-5. Apartment is basic, outdoor furniture looks new. Marcos & Elaine take pride & care of the apartment . Elaine baked Pastel de Nata, truly the best I’ve had to date in Portugal. The only frustration, advertising a coffee maker, and not say it requires “special sized coffee pods” or where to get them. I specifically asked at check in about the pods, Marcos agreed they were there, neither one of us looked in the box. An hour later, noticed only a few pods & I messaged Marco showing him a photo & he said that was all they provide for the Welcome Gift, no advice of “how or where” to get more pods. This is very disappointing, advertisement with photo of a proper coffee maker for the duration of paid stay yet guest can’t use the coffee maker the entire stay. Also saying that there is “Instant” coffee provided is not acceptable. Restaurant downstairs has real coffee, felt like being at a hotel.

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic week at Anita’s apartment in Praia da Rocha. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome – Anita and Antonio had left a generous guest pack including ham, cheese, wine, milk, water, biscuits and crisps, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch after our journey. The apartment itself is bright, spotless, and has spectacular views across the beach – which, pleasantly, wasn’t too busy during our stay. The location is excellent, with a great selection of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Anita and Antonio were outstanding hosts – friendly, responsive, and clearly committed to making sure their guests have everything they need. Their detailed information pack was really helpful, and they were always quick to answer any questions we had. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment – it’s a perfect base for a relaxing stay in Praia da Rocha. Thank you, Anita and Antonio, for your warm hospitality and kindness!

A great location to start expiring the area. The apartment is not located in the most touristy area but in the quieter part of the town. Very easy to walk down to the beautiful beach, restaurants or explore the area for a walk. Nat provided recommendations for the direct area but also for the surrounding area. The flat itself is perfect and has everything you can imagine. Nat went so far even bringing us a new citrus press when we talked about it at our arrival. Thanks again for this great service. So the only negative I can say is that you will have to leave at one point! Thanks for having us and definitely a recommendation.
