Recanto Shangri-La is in the best location in Rifaina, just 5 minutes from the city. It is a house facing the dam in the Recanto das Macaúbas condominium. The house has all the necessary infrastructure for a great weekend. We have a gourmet area with a swimming pool; a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, water cooler and stove. Dining and living room with internet. 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans, 1 of which is a suite. Accommodating up to 12 people. To enjoy the FDS, it is the best option!

I booked both listings for Villa Fortunato for my mountain bike team when we were in Araxá competing in the UCI MTB World Cup events at the Grande Hotel. The care and attentiveness from Rodrigo and Elvis started the moment we stepped on property. They took great care of us from afar, and we felt very comfortable and at home in Villa Fortunato. The home is spacious, has great natural light and breeze, and has all of the features and appliances you need for a great stay. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept really well. The views of the farm land and sunrise/sunset can’t be beat! We would 10/10 stay again!

It is the second time that we have stayed in this house, we like it so much, the house is very beautiful and well equipped, being inside a gated community is a point in favor, for safety and tranquility, and even so it is very close to everything that is necessary. the Narciso responds to the messages super fast and is very quiet.

The house is well cared for and well equipped and the place is very nice. The access to the dam is not one of the best, it is only stone around and there is no ladder to go down the water, there is no pier or beach to leave a boat if light and the ramp to descend the vessel is difficult even for a 4x4. The recommendation is not to take a boat so as not to have perrengue. The dirt path is not the most friendly for very low cars, high cars and pickup trucks will have no problem at all.

Great host, super communicative and always willing to help. The caretaker was super kind and helped us with everything we needed (except with the water, which was resolved quickly, which are things that happen routinely). Great place to go with friends or family.
