This guest apartment is located in the basement of our house. In the apartment there is a comfortable box bed (200 cm x 160 cm), two lounge armchairs with table, a reading lamp, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bar table with comfortable bar stools for the perfect view of the Jenzig, a modern and very comfortably equipped bathroom/toilet. We rent our renovated attic apartment (2 floors) on outskirts of Stadtroda in a very quiet location. Access to the apartment is via a separate staircase. On the 2nd floor there are the following rooms: Living area Kitchen Bathroom with shower (from July 2019 also with washing machine) Bedroom with double bed (1.80 m) Children's room with double bed (1.40 m) In the attic there is another room with a double bed (1.60 m) Access to this room is via a steep staircase.

We welcome you to our apartment. It is located in a quiet backyard, on the first floor overlooking the countryside. Located directly on the edge of the famous Mühltal, it offers relaxation and tranquility. Enjoy the view or use the time for a walk in the woods. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but you are welcome to take a smoking break in the courtyard. Parking is available either on the premises itself or in the private parking lot 50 meters away.

Parking is possible in the public parking lots "Eichplatz" (50m), " Inselparkplatz" (100m) or the "Seidelparkplatz" (10 min walk) and in the car parks (every 50m away). Train stations or bus station are super easy to reach on foot.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, but also a large park. The town of Apolda is only a few kilometers from Weimar, Jena, Bad Sulza or Naumburg. We hosts live in a house on the same property and are happy to help you with “advice and assistance.”
