Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Perfect accommodation for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room and terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

If you love pure nature, it's simply awesome. We had seen deer every morning and evening, it was just nice to sit on the terrace and watch the deer and birds. 30 min from the Drachensee, it is also worth making a detour.

We liked it very much and can only recommend the accommodation. You have to know that the accommodation is in a rustic style but that did not bother us. S-Bahn can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot. Potential starting point for hiking tours, and for local recreation by the lake.

A very nice Nordic minimalist hygge hut in a beautiful lakefront location. The big windows make one feel immediately in nature, even if inside. The mornings are especially beautiful there. A beautiful experience for nature lovers looking to relax and relax. The owners are very kind, duvets and towels are fragrant, the fireplace is beautifully prepared, just to light, the kitchen is also well equipped. A big plus being able to stay there with a dog. Thank you for a wonderful time, we'd love to come back. ❤️

Host was very accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Home is situated in an incredible landscape with close proximity to skiing, which was the main reason for the stay. Would absolutely return.

Everything worked out great. Cooking for 8 people was a bit difficult as there were not enough utensils available.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

Wonderful, peaceful stay in a clean, stunning home. Weather did not cooperate with us at first unfortunately, we were stuck in a fog bank which impeded our view. But on the last day the sun came out, the fog cleared and we were amazed by the view! It was absolutely stunning, and I cannot recommend this place enough. Hope to be back someday!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage, it has everything you need, the garden and river next to it have a magical flair and made us feel like in a fairytale! Cannot wait to come back soon :)

There were four of us there and we felt comfortable right from the start. Even our late arrival due to traffic was no problem at all and the reception was very warm and friendly. The apartment is super nice and modern, perfectly exchanged and clean, as well as a great view of the mountains. The pools are great and we also enjoyed using the sauna. We also received excursion tips. Thank you for this great stay, happy to come back! 🤩

Very relaxing stay. Totally pleasing hosts. The pool was really great and the whole garden had sun all day. Very nice places easily and quickly accessible. Very suitable for running/hiking or just relaxing.

Great place for a few days stopover. Comfortable and clean, convenient common spaces and garden terraces for eating and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and Petra was helpful and caring.

The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and well equipped. The location is ideal, you can reach the Streif on foot. Peter was super nice and helpful, the contact was uncomplicated. Clear recommendation!

We felt very comfortable at Uli's, nothing was missing. If it's the Berchtesgadener Land again, then only with Uli.

We had a lovely stay at this historic mountain cabin. The rest we found in the "spa area" in the basement was fantastic! The view from all the windows and from the terrace is simply picturesque - indescribably beautiful! Due to the secluded location, you could find great peace and quiet. The "Dorfschenke" where you could buy little things like eggs, bread, drinks or bacon was a nice little experience. For us as avid alpine hikers, the area should have had a few more exciting hiking trails ready. There was only one exciting route here. The space matches the pictures in the listing, but looks bigger than it actually is. For a relaxing couples vacation certainly PERFECT - with 4 people and dog like us, it is quickly very muggy and a little cramped. That's what you need to know.

Reinhard and Petra were very communicative and friendly hosts. There was nothing missing. They left some types for the whole area and there is a book in the house where everything was well described. The chalet is fantastic. The mountain landscape invites you to relax. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. The garden is perfectly maintained. The sauna in great condition. The hot tub is very clean and perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in front of the mountain panorama in the evening. The fact that dogs are welcome makes everything even better 🐾 We will certainly come back🫶🏽
