Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Saalach

First of all, the host Mojca was very responsive over the chat before I arrived and accommodated me with early check in as well upon arrival. I spent my birthday here which I had informed earlier through chat, she gave a small gift as well, so thoughtful. I felt right at home, one of the warmest and kind humanbeing. Location was also just on the main road beside the lake, which is why I booked this place in the first place! Mojca went above and beyond as if I'm her neighbour. I had a late night bus to Prague from Bled and she sent her husband to help me drop me to the bus station as well ❤️‍🩹. I would recommend this place to any of my friends if they visit Bled and also I had the best breakfast there for 15€ in the carman restaurant right beside the hotel. Easy recommendation to anyone who prefer to stay on the main road and have access to super market within 90metres :)

I'm so glad I was able to stay there! It's a perfect combination of the coziness of home and the feeling of going on vacation! Everything was super clean all the time, and the location was just perfect. Totally recommended!

Chambre très agréable et de bonne superficie. Elle donnait sur la route mais c’était pourtant très calme. Le petit déjeuner est top et complet. Nous avons été très bien accueilli.

Marija is a super host! always available and kind with us. the Place was as described in the post and the photos. We also got to use the kitchen, which was well equipped with everything. The surroundings were beautiful and quiet. I really suggest this place!

Eine schöne familiäre Unterkunft. Anna ist super nett und macht ein hervorragendes Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön geräumig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für die tolle und entspannte Zeit in unserer viel zu schnellen Gesellschaft :)

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée, le logement est très bien et fonctionnel. C'est très appréciable d'avoir des vélos à disposition pour visiter les environs. Beaucoup de points d'intérêts (Bled, Vintgar) sont accessibles à pieds.

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de sollicitude dans une belle maison au calme. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

The place was extremely clean and I really appreciate the way how everything was organised: a storage room, a wardrobe and a garbage room. The apartment was quite spacious for 2 for 1 week, enough space where to cook and have a meal as well as where to store all belongings. Some things that can be improved: pillows were quite strange, not comfy to sleep. communication on the arrival day was tough, I sent a couple of messages and didn’t get any replies but the host was waiting in the house and we checked in successfully. Despite of some difficulties I can recommend the place, we felt very good. The parking was in front of the house. The bus stations (both Soelden and Obergurgl) are in front of the house. House has 300years history and it’s very warm, with 30-50% heating we were feeling good. Small minus - no lift so you will need to climb up after skiing 😀😀😀 but for us it was not a problem at all. We had a fantastic stay at this location. It was a perfect retreat after several hikes throughout the Dolomites. We felt right at home from the moment we checked-in. Alexia was very responsive and provided us with excellent recommendations for dining and activities like renting e-bikes. It was a great base location for daytime exploring. The breakfast was phenomenal as well!

Kristins Unterkunft war wunderbar und ich habe sie allen Freunden empfohlen. Mein Sohn und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort einkehren. Ihr Angebot besticht auch durch Kristins Persönlichkeit, die es schafft, als großartige Gastgeberin ihre Gästen in Familie und Zuhause integriert und ihnen Kultur und Landschaft ihrer Heimat vermittelt.

Il nostro soggiorno presso Christa è stato impeccabile. La proprietaria è stata molto amichevole, gentile e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. La camera forniva tutti i comfort come da descrizione. Al mattino siamo stati accolti da una buona e semplice colazione e da una vista mozzafiato sulla natura circostante. Un'ottima scelta per gli amanti della natura e della tranquillitá.

I was looking for affordable place to stay near Saalbach-Hinterglemm during the FIS alpine world championship. I found it at Hans´s place. Hans and Corrine were great hosts, Hans picked me up with his car when I arrived to the train stationand gave me good recommendations about the local bus transport. His house is Schuttdorf - 5 minutes by bus from the Zell am See tran station. Room and facilities were very clean. There is a breakfast in the morning (included in the price). The neighborhood is very quiet, and you need 5-10 minutes by bus to reach Zell am See (depends where are you going to). Nearest bus station is 8 minutes of waking from Hans´s house. If you are looking for affordable place to eat, I can recommend grill pub Papa Joes which is 10 minutes of walking from Hans´s house. Big and tasty pizzas,burgers and sausages. It looks pretty ordinary from the outside, but the quality of food, portion size and price is great for such an expensive destination as Zell am See is.

This has been the most rewarding experience for me. We felt right at home and Christian’s hospitality and friendly spirit made our stay memorable. Christian prepared lovely breakfast too. We would certainly be returning ❤️❤️❤️. Till then ciao 👋

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Strapazen der Anreise mit dem Fahrrad waren mir wohl anzusehen und es gab erstmal eine Flasche Apfelsaft und Kekse. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war mehr als ausreichend und wirklich sehr gut. Wer mit dem Fahrrad kommt hat vom Ort bis zur Unterkunft 4,5 Km und 450 Höhenmeter, einfache Rechnung. Aber am Ende lohnt sich der Aufwand…..

This stay was incredible - Horst is so friendly and such a sweet man. The room is located in the Hotel Weisse Lilie (German for White Lily) in the picturesque town of Mühlbach, right across from the church square. Checking in was easy, & since he asked for our ETA, he was right there to welcome us when we arrived. He took our luggage to our room while we parked our car (the free parking is in a nearby underground garage, which is very easy to access), he gave us umbrellas to walk around town in the rain, & gave a WONDERFUL recommendation for dinner. The best part, however, was the fact that we missed the buffet breakfast the next morning (it’s over at 9:30am), but Horst gave us our own buffet with croissants (chocolate filled and marmalade filled), a large meat and cheese plate, hard boiled eggs, lattes, fresh juice and a full bread basket (and all the fixings like chocolate spreads, marmalades, butter, etc.). We will absolutely be back, and stay longer next time! ◡̈

Il b&b di Josef è meraviglioso! Ma non solo, è stato tutto perfetto, dall’accoglienza al check out. Ve lo consiglio anche per la vicinanza a meravigliosi sentieri e passeggiate che potete raggiungere in meno di 15 minuti di auto!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderschön. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, sehr herzlich, sehr aufmerksam und haben uns immer gleich geholfen wenn wir Fragen hatten. Das Frühstück war unglaublich lecker und hat uns gut geschmeckt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Morgens die Aussicht auf die Berge hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder😊

Elke und Ihre Familie sind außerordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt (fast wie zu Hause) und würde jederzeit wieder bei Ihnen übernachten! Eine tolle Unterkunft mit schönem Blick auf den See und sogar ein gutes Frühstück gibt es. Vielen Dank für Eure Gastfreundschaft!

Melanie byla opravdu milá, už před pobytem s námi komunikovala, připravila dokumenty, věděli jsme, co a jak. To bylo skvělé. Skvělé byly i snídaně, kdy jsme každé ráno měli něco jiného (a dle našeho přání předem!) a vždy jsme se potkali s Melanií. Bylo to velmi příjemné, pokoj se nám také líbil, v létě tady musí být snad ještě krásněj. Místo, kde penzion je, je nádherné!

Wir waren eine Nacht bei Petra und Alfred und waren zu 100% zufrieden, Das Zimmer liegt im oberen Stock eines Einfamilienhauses, Petra und Alfred bewohnen den unteren Stock. Die Gästewohnung ist sehr groß. Das Zimmer sehr geräumig und mit schönem Balkon. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls groß und die Küche hat wirklich alles, was benötigt wird. Eine so wunderschöne und super sauber Unterkunft. Besonders die Gastfreundschaft und die netten Gespräche mit Petra und Alfred waren wunderbar / keinesfalls aufdringlich! Heute Morgen waren wir dann noch zum leckern Frühstück bei Ihnen. Kurz: Eine absolute Buchungsempfehlung für diese so tolle Wohnung mit so freundlichen Vermietern. Dankeschön:)
