Beachfront holiday rentals in Saadiyat Island

Beautiful apartment and stunning location. Private beach was a 4 minute walk with the kids. The beach was empty most days. The pool is amazing with lots of space. Theme parks and mall were a very short taxi ride away. Supermarket and coffee shop outside the building were very handy. The apartment was fully equipped and perfect for our family. Bed were really hard though. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Thank you!

Pearl Plaza.Basic serviced apartment with basic amenities(as described by host as well ).Getting their was little tricky.Check-in was easy.Any problem,contact reception.Reception is open 24-7.We had some issue related to flooded bathroom upon arrival which had been taken care of next day.Internet signals don't work in all of the rooms,although they work fine in the living area.1 parking space is available in the basement.Starbucks,Peet's coffee and perhaps dozens of other food places at walking distance.All in all,it's been pretty good experience.

Nuoširdus AČIŪ už ryte suteiktus apartamentus kas mums buvo labai aktualu- buvome su 8 mėn. kūdikiu kuriam buvo suteikta vaikiška lovytė.Apartamentai daug didesni tikrovėje, labai švarūs ir tvarkingi. Baseinas ant stogo- puikus su îspūdingais vaizdais. Automobiliui garaže vieta irgi yra. Atostogas praleidome jausdamiesi lyg būtume savo namuose! AČIŪ ESPERRANDA IR JOS KOMANDAI!!🙏😘

Great host , very helpful he made me feel welcome straight away, gave me all the informations and instructions for the apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy, was exactly like the photos. Great location near Yas Mall , Yas Marina Circuit F1 and Etihad Arena and only few minutes drive to Abu Dhabi center. Nearby is a grocery store and coffee shop. Highly recommended and i hope to come back again soon.

Appartement bien situé et très spacieux . La plage est à quelques minutes à pieds . Les commerces de proximité sont au pied de l’immeuble . Les gens sont très accueillants dans ce quartier . Le logement était propre à notre arrivé et agréable pour y rester quelques jours

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, je trouve que l appartement encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos, très spacieux et lumineux.. Nous allons sûrement revenir cette été sur Abu dhabi, je sais déjà qui contact si besoin 😉 L'emplacement très bien placé tous à disposition, je recommande 👍👍👍

We had stayed for a whole 8 days and the entire time at Esperenza’s place was nothing short of having a homely feeling along with living at the heart of Abu Dhabi. The place is exactly like described and shown in the pics plus the location is a huge plus. All the prime locations are nearby, plus the corniche beach is just a 10 mins walk away. Along with it the staff is super helpful at the tower. Just one suggestion- kitchen can use a little addition - dishwasher was missing (was a wee bit tedious to clean it manually specially while staying for a long period that too on a holiday) and the stove felt a little slow which made cooking a little slower. Other than that, the amenities- gym, pool etc. are all amazing. Will definitely recommend this place without a doubt and definitely keep it in mind for our next visit. Thank you for making our stay memorable :)

Esperanza was very friendly and active. The rooms were as descripted and overall the stay was perfect! We stay for around a week with my family and enjoyed a lot. The lights in the kitchen went off and the team came and fix it swiftly. Great Host, Great location, Great Stay!

Super Nice and cozy apartment. We felt there like at home. Everything was clean, it had all needed equipments Very nice and big gym and cozy pool. The building is new and clean. Location is great I loved it!

Great place, it was clean and spacious. Perfect for a large group that might occasionally need space from each other to rest and relax. Corniche beach is walk-distance and there's a hypermarket closeby. The security guard is very helpful and nice, he also helped us out with universal charging sockets. The hallway smells kinda weird, this could be because it is after all a residential building where people are cooking, but otherwise the room and everything else is perfect! Thanks.

было хорошо. рядом много магазинов и кафе, баров, ресторанов. квартира была чистой, стоянка для машины на нижним этаже. хозяин все время был на связи. спасибо большое

We initially booked for 2 weeks but stayed another 2 weeks. The apartment is fantastic and has everything you need for your home away from home. The location is brilliant for the Corniche with access to many many restaurants. A massive thanks to Esperanza and her team who are always responsive, accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.

Very spacious and clean Airbnb with all the amenities. Well located across the street from the beach with plenty of walkable restaurants to choose from in the area. We rented bikes across the street and rode much of the Corniche. Reception and building staff were friendly. Host communicated well. Care should be taken in the tub as it is very slippery. The gym looked good and the pool was located in another building. We found the bed too firm but our host said that was something she could easily address if that were an issue for others in which case we would recommend this Airbnb to others.
