Magnifique maison, encore meilleure que sur les photos. Un petit coin de paradis. Super communication, les hôtes prenaient souvent de nos nouvelles. Vraiment rien à dire, on reviendra avec plaisir. Merci pour tout.

We stayed in this beautiful house for a month as a family of four, including a child and a baby — and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house is extremely well-equipped and comfortable, both for adults and little ones. There’s everything you need to make great coffee, fresh juice, smoothies — and all the essentials for traveling with a baby, like a crib, toys, high chair, and more. The outdoor space is truly something special — lush garden, beautiful plants, and of course, the pool, which quickly became a family favorite. The location is perfect: nestled between the charming old town of Sóller and the Port, with a lovely local grocery store and bakery just a short walk away. And last but absolutely not least: Sarah is an exceptional host. Warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay — always quick to respond, full of great local tips, and just a genuinely kind person. We had the most wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

The house was beautiful, better than the pictures. The backyard with pool the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening drink. Antonio was very responsive. The town is charming and full of hidden restaurant and cafes with amazing food. Location is great to travel to all parts of the island. We had a great time.

wir waren rund um begeistert von dem Haus und der Gegend. Ein sehr schönes und gut eingerichtetes Haus auch ideal mit Kindern. Der Pool und die wunderschöne Bucht, ist ideal zum entspannen und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Auch der Gastgeber ist sehr ein Herzens Mensch und würden Ihnen wie auch das Haus sofort weiterempfehlen. Der Preis für diese Unterkunft ist komplett gerechtfertigt. das einzige, was man bedenken muss, ist der hohe Preis für die Endreinigung wie auch für den Stromverbrauch. Wir danken unserem Gastgeber sehr und wenn wir das nächste mal auf Mallorca sind, würden wir jederzeit wieder zu ihm und in ein schönes Haus reisen.

We loved our stay at Miguel‘s home! It is beautiful and ideally located to explore the island. The house feels like a home and the big pool and large garden are amazing for days where you don‘t want to leave the house. We felt right at home and can reccommend the house fully.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Villa Rosa. The villa really has everything you need, was very clean and was very spacious. Laura was very helpful with recommendations and really cared about our wellbeing all the time!

Sehr schönes, stilvolles Haus in ruhiger Wohngegend von Sollér. Trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in nur wenigen Minuten direkt im Zentrum der Stadt. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und das Haus ist sehr schön mit allem, was man braucht. Insbesondere die Küche ist wirklich top ausgestattet, das haben wir so nicht erwartet. Der einzige kleine Nachteil des Hauses ist die fehlende Klimaanlage, aber das ist auch offen kommuniziert und sollte einem vorher bewusst sein. Stephan war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatte super Tipps und antwortet meist innerhalb weniger Minuten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen ☺️

Das Haus liegt ruhig gelegen. Der nächste Strand ist nur 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Oliver hat super funktioniert. Wir waren als Gruppe sehr zufrieden.

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in der Casa Anfa und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Im schönen Garten mit den tollen Pflanzen konnten wir richtig entspannen. Die Jungs liebten die Aussendusche! Die bezaubernden und grosszügigen Innenräume waren angenehm kühl und wir haben wunderbar geschlafen in der Ruhe der Gegend! Danke für den sympatischen Austausch und den flexibeln Check-in/-out!

Wir hatten zu Viert (Kinder 15/10) einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei sommerlichen Temperaturen in Theos schönem Haus. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich: den großen und im hinteren Bereich schön tiefen Pool (toll für größere Kinder), die wunderschöne und selbst bei 30 Grad angenehm luftige Veranda, auf der wir fast alle Mahlzeiten eingenommen haben, die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (sogar Kuchenbacken zum Geburtstag war möglich), die bequemen Betten und die tolle Kommunikation, Hilfsbereitschaft (Mietwagen) und schnelle Reaktion mit bzw. von dem Gastgeber. Schneller, als wir gucken konnten, war z.B. der Sonnenschirmständer ausgetauscht. Einzig die Laufdistanz/-Strecke zum Strand hatten wir uns schneller und direkter vorgestellt; man läuft ca. 1 km an der Straße durch das Wohnviertel, dann weiter durch das Zentrum von Cala Pi und zuletzt die Treppe zum Strand runter. Das soll aber keine Kritik sein, es ist ein top Haus zu einem fairen Preis, das wir jetzt schon vermissen.

Very comfortable villa with good comms from the host. Plenty of hot water and easy to drive to good local restaurants as well as the nearest town for supermarkets etc. Well equipped kitchen. Shared pool was an excellent bonus. I enjoyed the stay a lot.

We had a great stay , lots of space for our family of 4 . Loved the courtyard & decor of the house . So convenient to walk into the main square of Pollenca . Highly recommend .

The villa was amazing, with incredible view over the bay. Everything was as described in the offer; well equipped; very clean; the beds were super comfy. The host was very proactive, sending lots of information about the house, neighbourhood and Mallorca overall. We really recommend this place. Thank you!

Pasamos unos días increíbles en Sa Carrotja. Buscábamos privacidad y tranquilidad, y lo encontramos todo aquí. La piscina privada y la calma del entorno fueron lo mejor. La ubicación es genial porque está muy cerca de playas preciosas. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable.

Wir liebten Santanyi bereits zuvor, aber nun lieben wir auch das Haus von Elli und Pitti. Das charmante Stadthaus lässt keine Wünsche offen: Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, viel Platz, ausreichend Handtücher und Sonnentücher, Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Auch eine Yogamatte und 2 Sonnenschirme für den Strand sind überraschende Features, über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Die Lage des Hauses ermöglicht zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés fussläufig zu erreichen. Absolut hervorzuheben ist Ellis perfekte und herzliche Erreichbarkeit für alle Fragen vor und während unseres Aufenthalts. Wir haben 6 wunderbare Tage genossen und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll. Zur einen Seite direkter Blick auf das Meer und im Hinterhof steht der Zitronenbaum. Es ist alles vorhanden und das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Trotz Dezember gab es geöffnete Cafés und Restaurants. Es war ruhig und entspannt. Im Haus findet man für jede Lebenslage eine Ausstattung. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Victoria was a spectacular host! Any questions or concerns we had was promptly handled. She made sure we were happy all throughout our stay! Would highly recommend booking with her and staying at this beautiful house! There were plenty games and activities at the house to keep our group busy + entertained.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Dank der Klimatisierung waren die Nächte gut auszuhalten, die im Juni schon sehr warm waren. Ohne eigenes Auto kommt man hier allerdings nicht sehr weit, da die Gegend in der die Häuser stehen etwas außerhalb von Sa Rapita. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten, wenn wir in der Gegend wären!

We had a lovely weeks holiday and the villa is just as it is in the photos. We travelled with our 3 month old baby and it was the perfect base. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. It is in a brilliant location for exploring the beautiful beaches on the south coast of the island. It is situated in a lovely little town which is within walking distance but would recommend hiring a car. Would definitely return. Thank you very much.

ideal for a family of 5 for a quiet get away, quiet area, nice restraunts, easy walk to beach and shops. 30 mins from airport. House was spotless, pool great for the kids. The add had stated AC but that wasnt the case, however the owner contacted us prior to off alternative accom. with AC which would have been a bigger house. We chose to keep this booking as we prefered the ocation. The owned did give us a discount for the error in the listing ststing AC. Every room had a fan which was sufficient for mid june while we were there but July August AC would probably be better. Overall great house, lovely stay. Would highly recommend
