Newly renovated, the flat has two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a top floor balcony boasting some sea views. The flat is in walking distance of Birżebbuġa's tranquil town with its sandy beaches and authentic restaurants. The popular Marsaxlokk fishing village is only 10 mins drive. Beyond this, you find the locals' secret swimming spot 'St Peters Pool'.

The kitchen/living area is very spacious, also having a washing machine and an internal yard, which can also be used for hanging clothes. Right outside the building is a free public parking area. The penthouse is exactly facing Pretty Bay with an amazing view of the whole beach with an a/c in the main bedroom and in the kitchen. It's 1 min walking distance to all amenities, mini-market, atm, bus stops, pharmacies, and restaurants. It has a big terrace for BBQs, to relax and to enjoy the view. By car, it's 12mins from the Airport, 5mins from Ghar Dalam, and 15mins from Valletta (no traffic). It's located on the fourth floor, 72 steps, no elevator :( BUT the view is worth it :)

Alfred was great, checked in at 3.30am and he flagged the taxi down as we nearly missed the address. Clear instructions, nice and friendly, and was aware of the time so was quick. Location was good, 10 minute walk to the beach with the kids and 5 without, nice views of gardens and valleys from the windows. Would definitely go again.

Lovingly-restored 3-storey traditional townhouse just a few meters from Marsaxxlok's waterfront. The house is peaceful, comfortable, light and airy and has been beaufully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay. The top deck with harbour views was perfect for breakfast and late afternoon drinks in the sun. Carmelo and Audrey are fantastic hosts and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. We can definitely recommend staying here and would happily stay here again ourselves!

Loved this stay, the area has everything, stores, restaurants, take aways, pharmacy, bus station, beach, fresh fruits and vegetables, everyone is friendly and nice around, Christina was also verry nice and helped us with storage of our luggage, Bolt from the airport 10€ ( 10 km), to Valletta 12 km so around the same price, or u can take direct bus from aiport to the apartment. The beach in front of apartment is verry nice and u have view of the crystal blue water. Verry convenient with everything u need. We spent 6 nights and we loved it

Milena’s place was perfect for a long weekend. Everything was easily accessible, lots of restaurants near by, coffee, pharmacy and grocery stores. It was easy to find parking in front of or near the place. Easily accessible, nice view and the patio was great for the mornings and the evenings. We were able to easily get around the island.

We were passing through for one night before catching the plane. But I found this apartment beautiful. Very clean, well thought out, with a very well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook there. The apartment is brand new and extremely well finished. Birzebugga has a sandy beach, however the environment is spoiled by the container port. But that doesn't take anything away from the apartment, which is beautiful. Without having met Marco, he was nevertheless very welcoming and responsive in writing.

Cozy apartment with the charm of Malta. Close to a sandy beach and a good restaurant. We had a very lovely vacation here. I can only recommend
