Broken Head has a walking track around the Headland, which has magnificent views of the coastline. Definitely worth a visit. It is a fairly easy walking track, which takes about 15 minutes each way.

The Byron Bay Lighthouse is at the most easterly point of Australia. There are magnificent views in all directions. Dolphins and whales [June to October] can be seen from the lighthouse and the walking track. The track is quite steep. If you are not fit its best to drive up. If you are fit, the walking track has some spectacular views.
Tips: Take a hat, water and sunscreen and avoid walking in the middle of the day when its very hot.
Visitors to Byron should not miss this, its the number 1 attraction.
