We couldnt reccomend more a trip donw into the valley where, depending on the season, you will see amazing natural beauty. And to top that off you can stop over to the Megalong Valley Tea Rooms for the best Devonshire Tea and of you are luck Bread and Butter pudding!

The lake is the perfect spot for a picnic. If you also get here really early when the fog still sits on the lake you can take some iconic photographs. The tree lined street you will drive through to get the Wenworth Falls shops is also breathtaking during Autumn.

The Ruined castle is a well-loved and iconic rock formation that gives you a great view of the valley. To get to it you need to take the golden stair case and is around 4.2 km long. After doing this you wont feel bad about that awesome pudding you ate at the Megalong Valley Tea rooms!
