If you want to go for a stroll, not far from accommodation heading towards end of road towards Breakfast Creek (opposite direction to main road), turn right and head on bike track which is also designed for pedestrians, you will be walking near the river and is a nice walk.

The CityHopper travels along the Brisbane River, stopping at North Quay, South Bank 3, Maritime Museum, Thornton Street, Eagle Street Pier, Holman Street, Dockside and Sydney Street terminals. If you want to go in a faster City Cat ferry you pay local public transport fares along the river. FREE BUS: City Loop and Spring Hill Loop bus services provide high frequency public transport access within the Brisbane CBD, as well as between the Brisbane CBD and Spring Hill areas.
