Nice mexican restaurant with outdoor and indoor seating. clean place, salsa bar, and decent food. Try the vegetarian burrito. Have the sauce on the side. Not every one might enjoy the flavor. I had mine with mild and hot salsa instead.

Parks & Nature

Moderate hike with views of lake from the mountains. This is a long trail. But the views are about a mile or 2 into the hike. We enjoyed the views and came back to town for lunch.

Take the scenic Hwy 38 to get to Big Bear. This has fewer curves and beautiful greenery and views making it a pleasant ride. On many Sunday afternoons, this might be a better road with less traffic to get off the mountains.
