One of the top restaurants and bars in Old Town, Alexandria, chef Will Morris creates stunning dishes. Bar is open until 2am without exception, so always a good place to go for a last call. A year or so ago, it was voted the best place in the DC area to have an affair.

Chef Sebastian Tavel is a classically trained French chef with a classically French attitude. Great bistro atmosphere and exceptional menu, but don't loiter and window shop unless you want to be reminded that it "isn't a cheese museum."
