Nice bay for chilling and swimming. Bring beach shoes. Not as busy, need a car to get to, or even better taxi as parking spots are limited in the summer.

Take a free boat trip to Laguna Beach on this island to escape the busy Budva. The beach and the water is crystal clear, and the island itself is beautiful to explore. Untouched nature. At the Laguna Beach, the chair (2 chairs witg umbrella) rental is 20eu/day. The lovely owners can provide food as well, but it has to be announced, as it's prepared per order, fresh on simple grill. This is an amazing way to spend the whole day in peace, with fresh barbecue food, away from the crowds. Meet your boat ride in front of the restaurant Porto in Budva. Top of the Mount Lovćen, the views are spectacular. Go on a clear day if you can. Beautiful mausoleum to Montenegrin most beloved poet, built by one of Yugoslavian greatest sculptors, Ivan Meštrović.
You can choose to hike to the top, or drive to the entry to the mausoleum.
Note: lots of stairs to climb.

There are 3 beaches actually. The first two are with cafes and sunbeds. Go past the rocks if you want more privacy and quiet. Swimsuit-optional at the very end. Super secluded and quiet at the end. Bring beach sandals.
There are people who charge to take you on this walk- don’t waste your money. Just see the map.

Local buses
Petrovac belongs to municipality of Budva. As such, there is a bus tat runs from Petrovac to Budva, via Sveti Stefan. It is convenient, fast, and inexpensive. And the bus stop is very close to the house, just across from the farmers market/pijaca. For the most updated schedule go to the stop or Budva Travel website
Book before you go
Airport/ Train transfer
Unreliable or non-existent public transport system. Avoid possible pricey taxi service if not booked in advance.
