If you want to go to the beach we recommend Manhattan Beach. It's the cleanest, less crowded, and most beautiful beach in LA County in our opinion. Santa Monica is nice too.

If you're into Space Science, you could book a tour way ahead of time at JPL. They don't accept walk ins. This is the U.S.'s main space center now that NASA is gone. They made Mars Rover.
