Parks & Nature

Just a few blocks from the apartment down Rutgers Street brings you to the East River, right under the Manhattan Bridge with views of the Brooklyn Bridge. Early morning is a great stroll with a coffee, and early evening most often reveals lovely sunset views.

This is a great little spot to take a break and soak up the sun's rays. It's just off the main bustle of Battery Park, so is a lot more relaxing with grass area and tables. There are also public restrooms if you choose to stay for a picnic.
