Day trips

Also known as King's Landing for the Game of Thrones fans, Dubrovnik is a historic town that used to be a republic on its own. Full of beautiful sights and experiences. 4 hours away by bus or 3 hours by car. Well covered by Uber, it's worth considering parking the car further away from the busy downtown area (e.g. Babin Kuk area has more flexible and far cheaper parking opportunities).

A lovely small town surrounded by a wealth of amazing beaches. The best beaches are in the area from the small town of Stanici to the town of Baska Voda. If you prefer less crowded beaches, then consider experimenting around Mimice, Marusici, and Pisak. The locals choose the beaches that can't be seen from the road.

In 1964 Alfred Hitchcock said Zadar has "the most beautiful sunset in the world". Definitely see the Sea Organ where the sea plays surreal tunes and Monument to the Sun, a giant solar-powered dancefloor.

This island used to be a place where fishermen lived, then it was turned into a naval base full of tunnels. Now it's one of the most popular places to visit for yacht charters. Full of incredible beaches, caves, lagunas, and hidden gems. Our favorite island.
