Food Scene

The most well-known restaurant in the area that can be found on lots of NYC food guides. Amazingly inventive pizzas (Vegan pizzas too!) made from local ingredients. Some say this is the best pizza spot in all of NYC. They don’t take reservations, so be prepared to wait. Without a doubt you should try the Hellboy pizza. Best one they have, but really you won’t go wrong with any pie.

Delicious American food with a changing seasonal menu. This spot is tucked into a spot in the historic Greenpoint waterfront district. Fun fact: This is Bill Murray’s son’s restaurant. Occasionally you can catch Bill Murray himself slinging drinks behind the bar.
