Love this place for delicious tea (especially the Chai) and cookies. Their breakfast is also amazing. Plus this location is incredibly charming. Be sure to take your food upstairs to eat. You'll see what we mean.

Best cupcakes in Georgetown. And delicious coffee and tea. Plus it's along the C&O canal, so it's a lovely location. Or take it to go and walk down towards the waterfront where it's even nicer.
