Home Temperature Control

Air Conditioning: Because of the year-round cooler weather, homes in the area typically do not have A/C. By opening several windows in the house there will be a cool cross breeze that will come in. We do provide portable fans, one in each bedroom closet. Heat: The house is heated from the thermal radiant heated flooring which keeps a more consistent temperature. Temp changes about 1-degree/hour. 72-degrees is the most it heats the house. Portable heaters are also in each bedroom closet. Extra blankets are in closets, ottoman, & wooden chest in loft.
