Food scene

A lovely marina to the East of the Island (Sandy Point), watch the boats come in and out or just chill out and people watch. Beautiful scenery, atmosphere. Varied menu, large indoor restaurant/bar, balcony seating to look at the stunning views or seating close to where the boats are nestled. Great for just eating or just a leisurely drink.

A large pub/dining experience, typical pub grub so plenty to choose from, ideal to visit as the views are lovely, there is a ferry that runs to Southsea at a cost of £3 per single trip!

West beach is amazing at low tide, head west toward The Ferry Boat Inn, there is parking (roughly £1.50 per hour), to the left of the pub (you will see a large carpark next to the shore, follow the walkers and if you time it right there is a sandbar that appears, absolutely stunning. An hour before low tide is recommended to start walking out there, keep a close eye on when people start to head back to shore, definitely a must if you like a stroll.
