The most wonderful French patisserie (Patisserie Saint Anne) is a ten minute walk away and is open every day from about 7am (except on Mondays). Head along the river towards Furnival Gardens and then up towards Ravenscourt park via the subway under the A4. The almond croissant is incredible!
