Right across Ventura Blvd behind the gas station is one of the best (and most expensive!) grocery stores in LA. Organic with fantastic prepared food for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The center has great shopping (more stores/restaurants opening throughout the spring and summer 2022). A very short walk across Ventura Blvd and west just 1/2 a block is this little gem of a coffee shop. It's literally a little red window and is a favorite of the locals. The best Chai Latte in town in my opinion.

Getting around
Centrally located.
My place is pretty centrally located to freeway, Beverly Hills, lots of great restaurants, farmers markets. There are plenty of places to walk to including hiking, shopping and restaurants.
