市镇信息

When most people think of Marin County, they’re likely picturing Mill Valley, a happening place at the foot of Mt. Tamalpais. The drive into town from 101 makes it feel like you’re entering an alpine village, with crisp air and redwood-lined roads culminating in a downtown of storybook-level charm. There’s a family-owned market, a bookstore-café in the old train depot, and a top shelf variety of shops and eateries. Mill Valley hosts the nation’s oldest cross-country trail running event, The Dipsea Race, each June, along with a popular autumn film festival. Tuesday night stand-up goes down at The Throck, where locally-rooted celeb comics are known to drop in. Residents of Blithedale Canyon take solace under the forest canopy, while Tam Junction has the shortest San Francisco commute. Each neighborhood offers something unique.
