(5 mile, challenging route)- famous trail connecting Mill Valley to Stinson Beach, from our house take a left and walk down to Old Mill Park across Old Mill Creek pickup trail near homes on other side, trail takes you through beautiful redwood forests and also, has sweeping views of Pacific Ocean, note: lots of steps on first portion of hike getting out of Mill Valley, most people leave a car at Stinson or catch bus back
