This aquarium is amazing! There’s an entire building for the ocean displays and another building for freshwater exhibits. Be sure to allow several hours to walk through both buildings. There’s also an IMAX theater and plenty of other things to do while you’re downtown.

Food scene

Located in the Bluff view Art District, Rembrandt’s is one of my absolute favorite places in Chattanooga. Be sure to try their signature tomato artichoke soup and house-made rolls. It’s to die for! Once you’re done eating be sure to walk around—There’s a sculpture garden that overlooks the Tennessee River plus an extensive walking path nearby. There’s also the Bluffview Bakery you can visit where they make all the bread for these restaurants. Buy a loaf or two for yourself! All this fabulousness is within walking distance to the Hunter Art Museum and Coolidge Park. Tons to see and do!
